MONTHLY RECRUITING BONUS 1. This bonus is available to all Consultants, irrespective of their title. 2. The Monthly Recruiting Bonus is a cash bonus paid to the sponsor on each personally sponsored recruit when they achieve a minimum of 600 Personal Sales by the end of the month following registration. 3. UNENCUMBERED RULE – AREA MANAGER When 1 Consultant or more are promoting out to AM in the same month as their Up-line Consultant. The Upline Consultant is only required to achieve 2,000 Central Team Sales outside of the Downline Consultant promoting to AM – however they must achieve the required structure to promote to AM outside of the Downline Consultant who is also promoting to AM.
