10 Premium under this Policy will be payable annually,the Company will not be entitled todiscontinue the payment of premium on any dateother than the Annual Renewal Date forcontinuity of the risk cover.11. No loan shall be available under thisplan.12. A grace period of 30 days from due date of premium will be allowed for paymentshall bewithin the grace periodofofpremiums. In case the premiums stipulated hereunder shall not be duly paid or in case anyconditionsherein mentioned or any endorsements made hereto shall be contravened or in case itshall hereafter appear that an untrue, or incorrect averment is contained in the proposal,declaration, lists or statements already furnished or to be furnished to the Corporation bythe Member or the Company in accordance with the provisions hereof or otherwise inrespect of the Assurance effected or to be effected hereunder or that any of the matters setforth or referred to in such proposal, declaration, lists orstatements have not been trulyand fairly stated or that any material information has been suppressed or withheld, thenand in every such case but subject to the provisions of Section 45 of the Insurance Act1938, wherever applicable, the benefits under this Policy, in so far the same relate to theMember or Members in respect of whonm such contravention of conditions or suPpressionor withholding of material informationtakes place or such untrue or incorrect avermenthas been made either by the Member himself or by the Company, shall be void and therelative Assurances shall cease and be determined and all claims to any benefits in respectof the Assurances shall be null and void and all the Moneys paid in respect of suchAssurances shall belong to the Corporation excepting always in so far as reliet is providedin terms of the provisions hereof and without prejudice to the rights ot the Corporation tocondone any such contravention of condition or untrue or ncorrect averment orsuppression or withholding of material information in so far as Law permits suchcondonement or to reinstate the Assurance or parts thereof the original values subject tofulfillment of such conditions as the Corporation may prescribe tor such reinstatement orto grant any other relief to the Company or to the Member or Members concerned at thesole discretion of the Corporalion.15.
