5The ACCAQualificationRegistering as an ACCA StudentEnrolment as a student with us doesNOT register you with the ACCA.All students who wish to sit ACCAexaminations must register with theACCA as a professional exam student.ExemptionsYou can expect to receive exemptions ifyou have a relevant degree or a relevantprofessional qualification. The ACCAdecides if previous study is relevant andthey award exemptions for some papersin the Knowledge and the Skills modules.There are no exemptions given forpapers in the Essentials andOptions modules.Exemption Application DeadlinesThe ACCA requires 14 days to processexemption applications.
