Hampton Inn & Suites Catering Policies/ General InformationMEETING ROOM SET UP AND RENTALRental charges apply to all rooms used for meetings, events, exhibits, and ceremonies booked through the hotel. If thenumber of guests fluctuates or the room reserved cannot be made available to the guest, the hotel reserves the right tosubstitute a similar or comparable room for the function.PRICING, TAX, AND SERVICE FEEAll prices are guaranteed for a period of ninety (90) days. Pricing is subject to 15% service fee and 13% HST (unlessotherwise noted). Service fee is subject to sales tax in the Province of Ontario.GUARANTEE AGREEMENTWe require confirmation of guaranteed attendance 14 days prior to all functions. All charges are based on guaranteedattendance, or for the actual number of guests, whichever is greater. When selecting your menu choice,please remember that for each meal function, the menu must be identical for all guests in attendance. Specialdietary substitutions are available and must be arranged in advance of the function.
