The Bookish Life of Nina Hill did just that and more. It wasquirky, funny and loving with a main character we all wanted to befriends with. And to make it even better, we discussed December’s bookwith a wonderful lunch at the Telegraph in Bremer Bay. Book presents,champagne and laughter were exchanged as we celebrated Christmas,books and friends.We also had the important task of voting for our favourite Book Clubbooks of 2020. In first place was The Dictionary of Lost Words by PipWilliams, equal second was Boy Swallows Universe by Trent Dalton andThe Unhoneymooners by Christina Lauren, and third place went to GoodGirl, Bad Girl by Michael Robotham.ONGERUP BOWLING CLUBOngerup Bowling Club held a successful Mixed Triples Event on Sunday. 3 Teams were undefeated for the day,The winners with 3 wins and 28 shots up was the Dumbleyung team.These days can't happen without sponsors.
