Creating a New Worker ProfileHow to create a Worker profile and submit to a requestWhat is a “Worker Profile”?When submitting a Worker to an open request, you want to ensure that you provide all of thenecessary details to relay the Worker’s experience, work history, skills, etc. To help you do this,Wand assists you in creating a “Worker Profile” when submitting them for an open position.Wand uses this profile (and the information you have provided) to present the Worker to the hiringManager in a much richer and more comprehensive format than just submitting the Worker’sresume alone.Locating the Request for Worker SubmissionThe first thing you will need to do in order to submit a Worker to a request is locate the request. Todo this, you will simply search for the Worker by using the Basic and/or Advanced Search functions.๏๏๏๏๏Log in to Wand using your login credentialsFrom the main header menu, locate and select the “Requisition” tab.Under “Search”, use the Basic or Advanced search to locate the request that you are looking for.After entering your search criteria, select the “Search” button to initiate the searchThe search will execute and return a list of requests for your criteriaPage 2

Creating a New Worker ProfileHow to create a Worker profile and submit to a requestSelect a Pending RequestOnce your search completes, you will bepresented with a list of requests that matchyour search criteria.๏ View the request search results๏ Click the Req # to view the Request DetailsSelect the Resume/Portfolio TabAfter clicking on the desired request, you will betaken to that request’s “General Info” tab. To submit aWorker, you will want to click on the “Resume/Portfolio” tab in the upper left.๏ Select the “Resume/Portfolio” tab on the requestto view and submit WorkerSearch for an Existing WorkerAfter clicking the “Resume/Portfolio” tab, you will be able to see all Workers who have been submitted tothe request, and also be able to add Workers. To add a profile to an existing worker, you can search forthem from this screen.Note - If a Worker already has a profile, you can submit them to the request by pressing the “Select” button in the Profilecolumn next to their name. If the Worker needs to have a profile created, an “Add” button will appear next to their name inthe profile column.Page 3

Creating a New Worker ProfileHow to create a Worker profile and submit to a requestAdd a New WorkerAfter completing the Worker search, if no results arereturned, you can select the “Add Worker” button to theright of the search bar. This will initiate the workflow to adda new Worker, and create their profile.Duplicate Worker CheckAfter selecting to “Add Worker”, Wand will automatically do a duplicate check based on the namethat you’ve entered. If no duplicates are found, you will continue onto the Resume Parsing screen.If duplicates are found, you can determine if they are the same Worker you are trying to add, andcreate their profile accordingly.Upload the Worker’s ResumeTo help you quickly and easily create the Worker’s profile, Wandallows you to Drag and drop or Choose File to upload their resume.Wand will parse all of their resume data to pre-populate their profile.๏ Upload the Worker’s resume via Drag and drop or Choose File๏ Confirm the resume upload to begin parsingPage 4

Creating a New Worker ProfileHow to create a Worker profile and submit to a requestReview the Worker’s Profile DetailsAfter uploading the Workers resume, Wand will parse out all of the details and pre-populate the Worker’sprofile. Prior to submitting, you can review and/or change any details you wish.๏ Review the Worker’s parsed profile information๏ Once all of the details have been reviewed and updated, press the “Save and Continue” buttonProvide Worker Request DetailsThe final step to submitting the Worker is to providethe notes and contacts / financials, availability, etc.๏ Provide remaining Worker request details๏ Select the “Submit” button to submit the WorkerCongratulations!You have now added a new Worker to a request, created their profile, and submitted them. You willnow see your new Worker listed in the “Added Workers” section on the request details!Page 5

Upload the Worker’s Resume To help you quickly and easily create the Worker’s profile, Wand allows you to Drag and drop or Choose File to upload their resume.
