TournamentInformationCaptain’s Registration and Responsibilities1.2.3.Captains and participating players are required to register 45 minutes before theirfirst match and 30 minutes before any other scheduled match. Teams/playersmust be prepared to play 30 minutes prior to each published match time.It is the captain’s responsibility to make sure that their players are in the vicinity ofthe tournament desk and ready to play when the matches are called. Lateplayers/teams will be penalized by the tournament referee or an official using thePoint Penalty system for lateness.All scorecards/line-ups must be submitted to the tournament desk no later than30 minutes prior to the scheduled match. Please notify CDTA’s Adult PlayCoordinator as soon as possible if less than the required number of players will beparticipating in the championships.Awards: Awards will be presented to the 1st place teams.Illinois State Championships: Northern Illinois will be hosting the State ChampionshipsAugust 14-15th.
