INFORMATION ON LEARJET EVOLVED MAINTENANCE PROGRAMThe evolution of the Learjet 40/45 scheduled maintenance program began in support of creating aworld class maintenance program for the Learjet 70/75. The target for the Learjet 70/75 was toreduce the DMC from the Learjet 40/45 by 15% by revamping the scheduled maintenanceprogram. The maintenance program was to be introduced on a revolutionized web based platformcalled eINSPECTOR. Learjet 40/45 data was collected and analyzed alongside of the redesigned andupgraded systems specific to the Learjet 70/75. The evolution process produced better thanexpected results by reducing the DMC for scheduled maintenance by 46%. The Learjet 70/75initiative branched out to revamp the Learjet 40/45 maintenance program. The same savings andplatform are now offered to Learjet 40/45 operators. The Learjet 40/45 Evolved MaintenanceProgram offers customers on average 130 per flight hour DMC reduction, 245 days of increaseddispatch availability over the life of the aircraft, and 46% reduction in labor for scheduledmaintenance.
