REgo to android playstorego to itunesThe Client follows the link provided in theinvitation.First time users will automatically beredirected to the app store (Apple orPlaystore depending on the mobile device)and install SGS QiiQ.STEP 3After the installation of SGS QiiQ, the application will automatically try to login. Instead, the Client shall return to the email or the SMSand click again on the link to connect to the application.Login will then be automatic, when clicking on the email or SMS link.
STEP 4The Client is now logged in and the call isautomatically initiated with SGS, who willreceive a notification.Alternatively if SGS calls the Client a popup message will appear, click to acceptthe call.STEP 5When the connection is established theinitial view for the Client will be like thefollowing.Only 2 main functions are available(on top right): Mute the microphone Hang up the callOn the left are some optional functionsthat Client can access: The contacts list allows the Client tocall back SGS in case of communicationinterruption. The System health: All the statuses ofthe communication should be green,(except for the last one yellow).
Settings is not needed, will be usedonly for troubleshooting. Help section will provide detailed helpon the remote insepction functionalities.STEP 6SGS will initiate the video stream, broadcasting the Client’s view to SGS.STEP 7SGS can record the complete videostream: an icon on the top right corner willshow that the sessions is recorded.STEP 8SGS will direct the Client to perform theinspection.When SGS triggers picture, the Client willbe notified.
STEP 9SGS can share the picture taken with theClient whenever needed.The live stream will still be displayed intop bottom right corner.STEP 10“Telestration” is possible, i.e. annotationon the video stream or the picturedisplayed.Both SGS and Client can draw on theimage.STEP 11Click to end the sessionTo end the session the Client will click onthe upper right corner.STEP 12Whenever the call has ended a new logout button appears at the bottom left.Log outSTEP 13The Client confirms the Log out.STEP 14If the Client does not confirm the logout. The application will still run in thebackground allowing to receive calls.
