Below is some general information about the precious metal; silver. Read about the many uses of this non-renewable resourceand why it is beneficial and important to recycle silver so it canbe reused in necessary industries and products. What is silver?Silver is a metallic chemical element seen as the symbolafter the Latin word Argentum. As early as 3000 B.C., silver hasbeen used by man for its functionality and beauty. The preciousmetal is mined around the globe with Nevada as the leading statein America, recovering about 33% of all silver mined in the US.Silver comes from a combination of mining silver ore, gold ore, copper ore, lead ore, and zinc ore. As a precious metal, silver washistorically important as currency. Next to gold, silver the secondmost commonly used noble metal for currency during the ancienttimes. However, since the rarity and demand of silver hasincreased it is no longer used in currency, and now mainly asinvestment and industrial commodity.Silver being an element which is non-renewable, thereare no man-made sources of silver. Thus, silver miningcannot sustain itself forever. Hence, it is important torecover as much silver as possible from scrap byproductsand consumer goods to revert back into products whichuses silver as raw materials.DNKMETALRECOVERY (M) SDN. BHD. What is silver used in?With is naturally clear white color and high optical reflectivity, silver has been a desirable material. People make jewelry, silverware, electronic equipment, and dental fillings with silverin its metallic form. It also occurs in powdery white (silvernitrate and silver chloride) or dark-gray to black compounds(silver sulfide and silver oxide).Silver also has the highest thermal and electrical conductivityof all metals, making it very useful in several industrialapplications. Listed below are some common uses: Photographic MaterialsElectrical ContactsBatteriesMedical X-Ray FilmMirrorsDental ApplicationsDNKMETALRECOVERY (M) SDN. BHD. Copyrighted 2017 rights reserved

Why is silver valuable?Silver is valuable because of its rarity as a precious metal and nonrenewable resource coupled with its many uses. We know it as awonderful conductor of electricity. As such, the metal hasintrinsic value in the production of circuits and electronics. Yet,this benefit was entirely irrelevant for most of man’s history, andstill silver has always been precious. Like The value of silver hasn'talways been compared to that of gold. However, considering thecountless uses of silver, gold just does not stack up against silverin terms of functionality. There was a point in American historywhere silver was used in coins instead of nickel, because nickelwas in higher demand for making war goods. That is why the meltvalue of silver coins minted before 1964 have a high silver meltvalue. Like gold, the intrinsic value of silver must come fromsomething other than these obvious societal uses.DNKMETALRECOVERY (M) SDN. BHD. Copyrighted 2017 rights reserved

1.1 IntroductionDNK METAL RECOVERY (M) SDN. BHD., was established in 2013 inSelangor, Malaysia, for the purpose of recovery and refining silver fromschedule waste. The idea of expanding downstream in the manufacturingof silver grains was mooted by the fact that the country was in dire ofproper waste management particularly in the field of waste recycling andrecovery.1.2 Over ViewOur company DNK METAL RECOVERY (M) SDN. BHD. aims to recover andto recycle industrial wastes which have high commercial values. However, we require license from the Department of Environment tocollect, transport and recover these scheduled waste. Therefore, with the setting of this proposed recovery plant, manyindustries which generate such wastes need not bear the costs to disposeoff their wastes, nonetheless may instead recover costs of conversion inthe form of silver, gold sludge or solution which has high commercialvalue. Generally, the common precious metal which are recovered fromthe scheduled waste are gold and silver. The recovered products will bein the form of bars or silver grains with 99.9% purity.DNKMETALRECOVERY (M) SDN. BHD. Copyrighted 2017 rights reserved

1.3 Our MissionIn our statement mission, we are targeting Semiconductor companies thatprovide these silver recovery waste and also to recover at their conveniencewithout the hassle of high cost incurrence and harmful towards the earth anenvironment friendly place to live in for the present generation and the onesto come. There are silver recovering activities in Malaysia, but still not widely efficientlypracticed. DNK METAL RECOVERY SDN.BHD. has the ability to extract fromvarieties of silver items ranging everything from industrial byproducts toconsumer silver. This experience coupled with our extensive refiningcapabilities allows us to provide our clients with the maximum yield from theirsilver scrap. We offer many advantages to our customers including:We are not a middleman or consolidator as we own and operate ourfacility located here in the Selangor. We have been handling specialty metals and have the expertise torefine precious metals in the most efficient manner by furtherenhancing the best return we can provide. We are in compliance with all local, state and federal environmentalregulations and have been audited by several auditing Companies. We have expert metallurgists on staff experienced in handling all formsof precious metals. All of our refining terms are customized based on the type of materialand the quantities, so you get the best deal possible. We offer efficient and honest services for all of our customers.DNKMETALRECOVERY (M) SDN. 1.4 Our Product Sample From Schedule Waste 325.SW 325 silver epoxy.Silver epoxy is being widely used in semiconductor companies. It is costly due to thecurrent silver price. During manufacturing, the epoxy is being used as fillings orsolders on some of the required circuit bond. But not all of the epoxy paste will beused completely. Instead, there will likely be waste left in the tube of the Epoxy dueto its hardening nature. These waste tubes will then have to be disposed of.We on the other hand, shall collect the waste silver epoxy for silver recovery andconvert the waste into pure silver grains to supply to our potential buyers. We havesince obtained proper Department of Environment SW325 license to recovery thesewaste silver epoxy.DNKMETALRECOVERY (M) SDN. BHD. Copyrighted 2017 rights reserved

2. Business Strategy With diversification, vertical integration, horizontal integration, organic growth, growth by acquisition towards the Semiconductorfacility and plant, we hope to achieve our target to excel and toexpand into a global market for silver recovery and refining industry. We are collecting scheduled waste of SW 325, SW 104 and SW 204for recovery purpose. Buying PRECIOUS SCHEDULED WASTE contains of GOLD, SILVER,PALLADIUM, SOLDER, and COPPER for very high price with our pricecalculation formula. Offering our service at a very low cost for client requires recovery andrefinery service according to their needs.
