Trial Entry Information and Trial RegulationsEntries are acknowledged via email as soon as they are received and processed. Pleasereview and respond right away if any changes are noted. Armband numbers are confirmedand judging programs are distributed via email for all entries. This will be shortly afterclosing, when final judging assignments are complete, and exhibitor armband numbershave been assigned. Premium lists for future trials will also be sent out via email.Refunds will be given for entries withdrawn in writing or via email before the closing dateand time. SDTC will give a refund less 5.00 for bitches that come into season after theclosing date of the trial, and for no other reason. You must submit a signed statement ofthe dog’s condition from your veterinarian on his/her office stationery along with yourrequest for such a refund to the trial secretary at least 30 minutes before the start of thetrial.No refunds for errors on entry forms, or if a dog is absent, disqualified, or excused. Norefunds if the show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire,extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public emergency, act of apublic enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the club.Changes or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing or via email prior to theclose of entries. Indicate ‘UDX’ or 'RAE' if you are entering both OB & UB or both AB &EB and you want no entry if one class or the other is already closed due to entry limitations(Obedience Regulations: Chapter 1 Section 27).Obedience High Jump Height is required for all entries in classes with jumps. RallyJump Height is required for Advanced and Excellent classes.Entry Fees must be paid with entry submission for online entries. If a check is returned, wewill add any bank fees to the amount due.Transfers will be accepted per AKC regulations if you have earned a new title afterclosing, and if the class is not full. The fee difference will apply for transfers from a nonregular to a regular class. Completed and signed transfer form must be submitted to theTrial Secretary no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of judging for the trial.Show Site will be open for setup from 5:00-8:30 pm Friday. Show hours are 7:00 am - 4:00pm Saturday & Sunday. No overnight parking; no dogs may be left in the buildingovernight.All dogs present must be held on leash or confined to crates, except when being judgedor in designated warm-up areas. No Flexi leashes or prong collars permitted in thebuildings. No ex-pens permitted in the buildings. Exhibitors and handlers will beresponsible for clean conditions in and around their dog’s crate.SDTC assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors,handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injuryto children. (Variety) if you are entering a dog of breed in which there are varieties for show purposes, pleasedesignate the particular variety you are entering, i.e., Cocker Spaniel (solid color black, ASCOB,parti-color), Beagles (not exceeding 13 in., over 13 in. but not exceeding 15 in.), Dachshunds(longhaired, smooth, wirehaired), Collies (rough, smooth), Bull Terriers (colored, white), ManchesterTerriers (standard, toy), Chihuahuas (smooth coat, long coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charlesand Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles (toy, miniature, standard).2. (Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the event class in which you areentering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular divisionof the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e, A or B division.3. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for anevent closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the nameof its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless ofwhether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded inhis/her name. State on entry form whether transfer application has been mailed to the AKC. (Forcomplete rules, refer to Chapter 11, Section 3.)4.
