Eligibility Criteria: (Fulfilling all conditions mandatory) The candidate must have passed 10 2 or equivalent exam including InternationalBaccalaureate Diploma (IB certificate awarded not eligible). Science or science vocational with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM)or Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB). English as compulsory subject. Minimum 50% marks in (PCM / PCB). Those awaiting their 10 2 exam result this year may also apply.o Note (for IB & Cambridge Candidate):Candidates called for admission on the basis of merit list & who do not have finalmark sheet will be given “Provisional Admission” based on predicted scores. Feeswill be accepted from such candidate but their admission will be confirmed onsubmission of final mark sheet, before the commencement of the program, iffound eligible.o Candidates appearing for their final 10 2 or equivalent examination can alsoapply provided they should obtaining the required minimum cut off marks andalso producing all the necessary documents, in original, within the givenstipulated time.o Those candidates who have passed, or, are appearing for 10 2 examination from aBoard/University where Grade Point Average is given, such candidates must

produce in writing from the Board/University concerned about the equivalentpercentage for the GPA obtained.o In case of CBSE, ICSE, Online marks mentioned of HSC, total % (aggregate)should be mentioned, not best of four, five, six or seven.o Candidates above 25 years of age are not eligible to apply.o It is sole responsibility of the candidates to ascertain whether they possessnecessary and requisite qualification for the admission to the courses at NMIMS.o NMIMS reserves the right to alter the terms of eligibility.o Candidates completed 10 2 or equivalent exam from Open or Distance learning (ODL)School recognized by National Institute of Open schooling (NIOS) he/she can apply forany program by fulfilling the eligibility of the program & Candidates who have passedthe 10 2 exam by doing a part-time course or through distancelearning/correspondence/externally/open school other than NIOS are not eligible to applyfor the courses.5.Admission Process:5.1 Online Registration:Register online on website www.nmims.edu and pay registration fee of Rs. 1800/- (nonrefundable) by Credit Card, by Demand draft (Please refer online registration forpayment details)Registration fee is non- refundable.Note: Candidates are given multiple choice of program (school wise)List of Schools and programs under NPAT 20151. Tops should be also clear on the photo. Photographs should not be more than 6 months old. 5.5 Call Letter / Admit card On the basis of information indicated in the Application Form, your call letter/ admit cardfor the Admission Test & the venue (School/College) at each centre will be communicatedto the candidate as per important dates through the website. Please check important dates displayed on the website. You are required to download the call letter/admit card from our website www.nmims.edu No candidate, without call letter/admit card or without the photograph on the callletter/admit card will be permitted to appear for the test. No separate call letter will be mailed/posted. Candidate must carry any one requisite original ID proof along with photocopy of the samewhile appearing for NPAT 2015.List of ID proof1. Voters ID2. Passport3. School/College ID4. Aadhar Card5. Driving License ( Learner license will not be accepted)6. Structure of the Test –UG-SAT 2015The NPAT 2015 for MBA (Pharma. Tech) Programmes would be an objective typemultiple-choice test. Guidelines for physically challenged candidatesPhysically Challenged will include following (as per Person with Disability ACT of India)

Learning Disability / DyslexiaCandidates who wish to request for assistance must fill in the details in the online applicationwhile registering. The candidate must then scan their Disability Certificate and email it togetherwith their NPAT ID and name, to NPATspecialrequirements@nmims.edu at the time of onlineregistration. Any request and/or certificate received after the closure of Registration Applicationwill not be accepted and the candidate will have to appear for the test without any assistance inspite of their special status.Each application will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis and appropriate assistance will be madeavailable at the test center.8. Selection Processo All eligible candidates who wish to apply for admission to the MBA (Pharma Tech.)Programme will be required to appear for an Online Test NPAT 2015 to be conductedat various locations in India.o Merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in NPAT 2015o The Merit list will be put up on the NMIMS website as per important dates. Thedecision of the institute will be final in this regard and no inquiries or correspondencein this regard will be entertained.oAdmission offer is given as per merit & choice given by the candidate, waitlistedcandidates has to check their merit list status regularly and selected candidates shouldreport for the payment of fees within given duration.9. Program Fees: (subject to change) Program fees for Ist year MBA (Pharma Tech) – Mumbai campus Batch 2014 wasRs. 2,75,000/- andFor Ist year MBA (Pharma Tech)- Shirpur campus Batch 2014 was Rs. 1,80,000/respectively.10. Refund Rules:Candidate should submit a written request for withdrawal/ cancellation of admission tothe Deputy Registrar (Admission) along with original fee receipt.

The Schedule of refund of fees will be as follows:1. Till the date of commencementof the Programme. i.e. 1st July 20152. After the commencement ofProgramme but before the closure ofthe admission.i.e. 2nd July, 2015 to 8th July, 20153. Cancellation after the officialClosure of admission.i.e. 9th July, 2015Rs.1000/- will be deducted as administrativechargesRs.1000 Proportionate fees i.e. one tenthof the fees for every completed month orpart thereof, if the seat vacated by thecandidate is filled. If the seat remains vacant/unfilled, fees will NOT be refunded.Cancellation made after the official closingof admission, fees will NOT be refunded.11. Important Instructions Changing of branch and campus shall not be permitted under any circumstances afterthe commencement of lectures at a particular branch/campus. Please see the important dates and preserve it as a guide. All announcements fromthe institute will be through its web site: www.nmims.edu and no individualcommunication will be sent to the candidates. Canvassing in any form for admission will disqualify the candidate. All matters of dispute will be subject to the legal jurisdiction of Mumbai only. Candidates are advised to visit the NMIMS website www.nmims.edu to know thedetails of various steps of selection process. If at any stage , it is found that a candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria orthe information furnished by him/her in the application form is incorrect, his/heradmission to the course, even if selected, will stand cancelled and fees will beforfeited.
