The verse below informs them how He will do so.) (Qur’ān, al-Rahmān, 55:35)A flash of fire will be let loose upon you, followed by smoke, and you will be lefthelpless!Sūrah al-Rahmān also warns them that theirmissiles, satellites, drones, etc., can fly throughthe skies, or from beneath the earth and thedepths of the seas only with Allah’s authority. Thisimplies that He can withhold His authority at anytime, and that may just happen in the Great War.An angel, for example, can intercept a nucleararmed inter-continental ballistic missile speeding3

towards a designated target, and turn it around toreturn it to its sin-laden sender! Those who serve us with poison willeventually swallow it and poisonthemselves."Vladimir Putin, President of Russia“And the kings of the earth, and thegreat men, and the rich men, andthe chief captains, and the mightymen, and every bondman, and everyfree man, hid themselves in thedens and in the rocks of themountains.”Revelation 6:154

PrefaceThis booklet was initially written as a chapter ofmy second book on Dajjāl the False Messiahentitled, From Jesus to True Messiah to Dajjāl theFalse Messiah – a Journey in Islamic Eschatology. The title of the first book, which was recentlypublished, was Dajjāl the Qur’ān and Awwal alZamān (i.e., the Beginning of History). I decidedto publish this chapter as a separate booklet fromthe book because of the likelihood that the GreatWar might commence very soon. This comingGreat War would be unlike any war ever to havepreviouslyoccurredProphet Muhammad (inhumanhistorysince) prophesied that 99 outevery 100 who fight in this war would be killed. There would be many readers who would feel asense of urgency to know what the Qur’ān has tosayconcerningthatGreatWar,hencethenecessity for this essay be published withoutdelay.INHApril 2018 in the Caribbean island of Trinidad10

IntroductionThe Qur’ān declares in Sūrah al-Nahl: that it explains all things; and this impliesthat it can not only explain the historicalprocess, and the movement of history, but, also, the moment in history in whichmankind is now located. This essaydelivers startling evidence of the validityof that claim. Our study of the Qur’ān reveals thatmodernwesterncivilization’sfivehundred years of blood-stained rule overthe world is now coming to an end, andthat the Great War on Orthodox ChristianRussia for which the world of westernChristianity and their Jewish Zionist alliesnow lust, will be the beginning of thatend. The Qur’ān allows us to anticipatethat the world after the Great War wouldbe one in which the true followers ofJesus – located mostly in OrthodoxChristianity – would achieve a divinelyordained superiority over their western11

rivals, and that such dominance overtheir sinful godless rivals will continueuntil the end of the world. The Qur’ān declared that there would bea Christian people who would be closestin love and affection for Muslims. Inmaking this declaration Allah Most Highhas disclosed to the world the means bywhich the true followers of Jesus can berecognized in Ākhir al-Zamān, i.e., theEnd-time.We live in strange times in which trueMuslims and true Christians, as well asthose few Jews who oppose the ZionistState of Israel, are oppressed to such anextent that they have now joined theranks of the wretched of the earth. The Orthodox Christian people of Russia,as well as in many other parts of theworld, have suffered immensely fromendless unjust wars waged against themby the Ottoman so-called Islamic Empire,as well as by western Christianity. Theythen suffered the brutal oppression of12

Jewish sponsored Bolshevic Revolutionwhich brought about regime-change inRussia, Communism, and a consequentlong dark night of atheist USSR war onOrthodox Christianity in order to destroytheir religious faith.Havingmiraculouslyextricatedthemselves from that venomous atheistSoviet embrace and recovered theirmilitary power with which to defendthemselves, they are now threatenedwith nuclear war by a western Christianworld that is led by those who have nowbeen driven to madness by the touch ofSatan. This essay offers hope that the wretchedof the earth will not have to suffer formuch longer. Our forthcoming second book on Dajjālthe false Messiah will provide yet moreevidence that the Great War will preparethe way for Jesus, the true Messiah ( عليه )السسسل(م to soon return to this world, after13

which the sun will shine even morebrightly for the wretched of the earth. It is not possible for us to conceive thatmankind will ever experience anotherwar comparable to the Great War thatwill soon occur. Hence this essayrecognizes the coming Great War to bethe Malhama or Armageddon, prophesiedby Prophet Muhammad ( )صلي الله عليه و سلم .If, as expected, the Great War results in anuclear war in which nuclear weapons, aswell as other weapons of massdestruction, are used, then such a warwould be an absolutely unique event inhuman history. It is expected thatmillions will instantly die at thecommencement of such a war, and thatcountless cities and towns will beinstantly destroyed. While the verses ofthe Qur’ān (below) may not be referringto the event of that Great War, theimageryprovidedishelpfulforunderstanding what can happen whenthe Great War occurs:14

(Qur’ān, Yasīn, 36:29)It would be no more than a single mighty Blast ofour punishment, and behold! They, who are to bepunished, would be like ashes, still and silent. (Qur’ān, Qamar, 54:31 )For We would send against them – who are to bepunished - a single Mighty Blast, and they wouldbecome like the dry stubble used by one whopens cattle. Many more can die shortly after thecommencement of the Great Warbecause of lack of water, or food, or inthe violence and anarchy that willdescend upon mega-cities in particular, when desperate people attack each otherfor food or water. Many more can diebecause of bitter cold that can grip that15

war-stricken part the earth when smokefrom exploding nuclear weapons – in theshape of mushroom clouds - fills the sky, thusblockingoutsunlightand, consequently, heat. And finally, evenmore can die from biological and othereffects of nuclear war.Sūrah al-Rahmān of the blessed Qur’ānallows us to anticipate, however, that notall nuclear missiles will fly on that day,and not all will reach their targets, for theevil ones plan their plans, and Allah plansHis plans. Here is a summary of some of theconsequences of nuclear war. Thesummary is taken from the website:http://www.nucleardarkness.org. Even thoughsome of the views which appear belowmay not have scientific or scripturalconfirmation, we remind our readers thatthere is no precedent, other than twonuclear bombs dropped by the sin-ladenoppressor on two cities in Japan, which16

allows us to anticipate the consequencesof the Great War with any degree ofcertainty.A Secular View of the Consequencesof Nuclear WarU.S.-Russian war nuclear war would produce150 million tons of smoke 2600 U.S. and Russian strategic nuclearweapons on high-alert are launched (in 2to 3 minutes) at targets in the U.S., Europeand Russia (and perhaps at other targetswhich are considered to have strategicvalue). Some fraction of the remaining 7600deployed and operational U.S. and Russianstrategic nuclear warheads/weapons arealso launched and detonated in retaliationfor the initial attacks. Hundreds of large cities in the U.S., Europeand Russia are engulfed in massivefirestorms which burn urban areas of tensor hundreds of thousands of squaremiles/kilometers. 150 million tons of smoke from nuclearfires rises above cloud level, into the17

stratosphere, where it quickly spreadsaround the world and forms a densestratospheric cloud layer. The smoke willremain there for many years to block andabsorb sunlight. The smoke blocks up to 70% of thesunlight from reaching the Earth's surfacein the Northern Hemisphere, and up to35% of the sunlight is also blocked in theSouthern Hemisphere. In the absence of warming sunlight, surface temperatures on Earth become ascold or colder than they were 18,000years ago at the height of the last Ice Age There would be rapid cooling of more than20 C over large areas of North Americaand of more than 30 C over much ofEurasia, including all agricultural regions 150 million tons of smoke in thestratosphere would cause minimum dailytemperatures in the largest agriculturalregions of the Northern Hemisphere todrop below freezing for 1 to 3 years.Nightly killing frosts would occur andprevent food from being grown.18

Average global precipitation would bereduced by 45% due to the prolongedcold. Growing seasons would be virtuallyeliminated for many years. Massive destruction of the protectiveozone layer would also occur, allowingintense levels of dangerous UV light topenetrate the atmosphere and reach thesurface of the Earth. Massive amounts of radioactive falloutwould be generated and spread bothlocally and globally. The targeting ofnuclear reactors would significantlyincrease fallout of long-lived isotopes. Gigantic ground-hugging clouds of toxicsmoke would be released from the fires;enormous quantities of industrialchemicals would also enter theenvironment. It would be impossible for many livingthings to survive the extreme rapidity anddegree of changes in temperature andprecipitation, combined with drasticincreases in UV light, massive radioactivefallout, and massive releases of toxins andindustrial chemicals.19

Already stressed land and marineecosystems would collapse. Unable to grow food, most humans wouldstarve to death. A mass extinction event would occursimilar to what happened 65 million yearsago, when the dinosaurs were wiped outfollowing a large asteroid impact withEarth (70% of species became extinct, including all animals greater than 25kilograms in weight). Even humans living in shelters equippedwith many years worth of food, water, energy, and medical supplies wouldprobably not survive in the hostile postwar environment. If even a fraction of what is anticipatedabove does occur, the consequenceswould be horrendous. Since the Qur’ānhas declared that it explains all things, itis impossible that it does not explain thatGreatWaranditshorrendousconsequences. This essay attempts toprovide that divinely-revealed scripturalexplanation from the blessed Qur’ān.20

Methodologythis essayadoptedforwritingOur essay is based on the explanationand interpretation of verses of theQur’ān which we recognize to beconnected with the subject of the GreatWar. We resort to Hadīth of ProphetMuhammad ( )صلي الله عليه و سلم on the subjectonly to explain or to supplement thatwhich has been established from theQur’ān. Those of our sin-laden critics, who continuously accept state-of the artweapons (including chemical weapons)and USD from San Claus to wage theirbogus Jihād in Chechnya, Iraq, Syria andelsewhere, must be reminded that at notime can a Hadīth supplant or refute thatwhich has been established from theQur’ān.While we recognize that there can beother explanations or interpretations ofverses of the Qur’ān or Hadīth, otherthan those presented in this essay, weremind readers that there is a proper21

procedure to be adopted when judgingwhether an explanation or interpretationof a verse of the Qur’ān or a Hadīth, isvalid or invalid. We have learnt thatproper methodology from our teacher, the distinguished scholar of Islam,Maulānā Dr. Muhammad Fazlur RahmānAnsārī (1914-1974), who has explainedthat methodology in his 2-volumemagnum opus, ‘The Quranic Foundationsand Structure of Muslim Society’; (WorldFederation of Islamic Missions, Karachi. 1973).Propermethodologyrequirestheintegration of all verses of the Qur’ānpertaining to a particular subject into aharmonious whole in order to locate theDivine system of meaning pertaining tothat subject. When that system ofmeaning from the Qur’ān that explains aparticular subject has been located, itmust then be applied to all Hadīth onthat subject. When a Hadīth is found tobe in harmony with the Qur’ān it wouldbe recognized as valid and authentic. Itcan then be integrated into the data22

extracted from the Qur’ān. In this waythe data-base of the subject wouldconstantly expand. It is with such anintegrated data-base of the subject, andnot with pre-conceived agendas, nor withloyalty to this or that sect, group orscholar, that an interpretation of theQur’ān or Hadīth should be judged foracceptance or rejection. We haveexplainedthesubjectofpropermethodology in greater detail in ourrecent book entitled ‘Methodology This essay never attempts to translatethe Arabic text of the Qur’ān to anotherlanguage since we believe that theArabic Qur’ān is miraculous, and cannottherefore be translated to any otherlanguage. Rather we offer to explain themeaning of those verses of the Qur’ānwhich we have quoted in this essay. Finally, our Islamic eschatological view isthat the Great War, or Malhama, can23

commence at any time now. Theprevailing expert opinion it that when itdoes commence, it will involve the use ofnuclear weapons and other suchweapons of mass destruction, and henceis unlikely to last for long. Our readerswill not have to wait for a long time forevents to unfold which will validate orinvalidate the analysis of the verses ofthe blessed Qur’ān presented in thisessay. If we have explained the blessedQur’ān correctly, then those whosummarily reject this essay, and then goon to urge others as well to reject it,would be a people with a strange anddubious relationship with knowledge, andwith truth.Does the Qur’ān confirm that such acataclysmic event will occur beforethe end of the world? The Qur’ān does confirm an event thatwill occur before the end of the world inwhich Allah Most High has declared thatno city or town will escape destruction,24

and that those that are not destroyed willsuffer terrible punishment: حنن نميهلم ن كوحها حقبيحل ي حيومم حومإن منمين حقيريحرة مإل ن ح ن ح ي عحذاةبا حشمديةدا حكاحن ال يمقحياحممة أ حيو نمحعمنذنبوحها ح ب حميسنطوةرا حذملك مفي ال يمكحتا م (Qur’ān, al-Isra’, 17:58)There is not a town or city but We shall destroy itere the Day of Resurrection, or punish it with direpunishment. That is set forth in the Book of Ourdecrees.Towns and cities will face Divinelyordered destruction, according to theQur’ān, when Dhulm (i.e., injustice, wickedness, oppression, etc.) prevails; at that time theirfate is sealed and the time for theirdestruction is fixed: ل ولت نل مسسس ل مسسس ا ك ال م ك م لل ث قسسسلر ى أهمل لك من لسسس اهك م دا موم ن ع ة موا ول ل مهمل نك ننهم ث جعلل ملن ا ل ن ل ظ لل ل ك (Qur’ān, al-Kahf, 18:59)25

And (all) those townships! We destroyed , wickedness), and We appointed afixed time for their destruction. The Qur’ān also informs us that the earthwill one day be reduced to dry dust;hence it would be an earth where therewill be nothing green, nothing will grow, and there will be no food! (Qur’ān, al-Kahf, 18:7-8)Behold, We have willed that all beauty on earthbe a means by which We put men to a test, todetermine which of them are best in conduct;and, verily, [in time] We shall reduce all that is onit to barren dust!Since Allah Most High is never unjust, Hewould not destroy any town or city whichdoes not deserve destruction. Hence we26

need to qualify the above prophecy inthe Qur’ān (al-Isra’, 17:58) to explain thatno town or city which deservesdestruction will escape that fate. Thedestruction of all such towns and citieswould take place prior to the end of theworld, and any such town or city thatescapes destruction would face terribleDivine punishment.Nor would Allah Most High reduce thewhole earth to barren dust since thatwould result in the total destruction of alllife on earth, Rather, it would that part ofthe earth whose inhabitants are to bedestroyed, which would be reduced tobarren dust, i.e., after the Great War!Not only does the Qur’ān confirm (above)a cataclysmic event which will witnessthe destruction of every city or townwhich ought to be destroyed, but it alsodescribes an event which constitutes amajor sign of Ākhir

war comparable to the Great War that will soon occur. Hence this essay recognizes the coming Great War to be the Malhama or Armageddon, prophesied by Prophet Muhammad If, as expected, the Great War results in a nuclear war in which nuclear weapons, as well as other weapons of mass
