Tip 29 - Maintain UserSAPinsight16Profile Parameters tab is used to store defaultvalues in SAP. For example, if you alwayswant to default a company code in thevendor search screen, then you can setthat on the Parameters tab. The first step is to find theParameter ID. Tip 30 - Maintain UserSAPinsight16Profile Parameter IDs Click in the field you want to default,and then press [F1]. The Help screen for the fielddisplays. Click the TechnicalInformation button. Tip 31 - Maintain UserSAPinsight16Profile Type the parameter ID (“BUK” in thiscase) in the Parameter ID field. Type the company code (in this case1020) in the Parameter value field. Tip 38 - Field SAPinsight16Types Input fields have three types of field entries: Required fields must be completed tocontinue or save the transaction. System-required fields are denotedwith a checkmark. Business-required fields may not haveindicators. Optional fields do not have to becompleted to save the transaction.
