All the salaryrelated items are grouped under the module Salary Matters that can beoperated only by a DDO or a person assigned by DDO. All the service relateditems, other than salary, are grouped under Service Matters, which can beoperated by the establishment administrative officer or by person assigned byadministrative officer. This page is same as the employee’s data entry screen. Here theemployee code will be available only through drop down field.When anestablishment administrative officer login in,he will get the privilege toview/modify the details of the employees to whom he is eligible to operate. Alsohecan view/edit details of employees fromthe offices for which theadministrative officer’s office is the immediate controlling office. The changes inemployee’s details, if any, can be done through this screen by selecting thecorresponding sub-item link. The datasheet can be generated for an employee or in designation wise groups. Byselecting the department, office and designation, the employees will be listedunder that designation. By selecting the office and the designation, the list of employees due forprobation clearance will be listed on right part of the page. Select an employeefrom the list and enter the probation clearance date, order number and order datein the left part of the screen. Probation clearance office order can be generatedfrom the ‘print draft order’ button. The draft order can be generated and thedetails can be modified any number of times till you click on the ‘Confirm andUpdate data’ Button. Theprocedure is same as that of probation clearance details. Select an employeefrom the eligible list and update the regularization details. Regularization officeorder can be generated from the ‘print draft order’ button. The draft order can begenerated and the details can be modified any number of times till you click onthe ‘Confirm and Update data’ Button. The list of employees will be listed by selecting office,designation, bill type, scale type. Select the employees from the list and enterthe order number on the left side. Enter DDO name and designation name.Advance Increment sanction draft order can be generated from the ‘GenerateReport’ button. The draft order can be generated and the details can be modifiedany number of times till you click on the ‘Update data’ Button. Once you clickon the update button, the master databasewill be updated and furthermodifications are not allowed.
