Caring for YouThe last two years have taken a toll on our physical, mental andemotional health, as individuals and as a community. That’s whyAdventHealth Employee Health and Well-being wants, more thanever, to support your body, mind and spirit. We’re ready to help youmake new plans and forge new paths to once again feel whole.The wellness incentive is comprised of two parts. Part 1 involvescompleting your biometrics and in-range values (or healthcoaching alternative) and a health assessment. Part 2 involvescompleting items from a list of programs and activities you canchoose from. Completion of each part earns points in order toreceive a monetary reward at the end of the year by self-reportingall activities in WebMD.Part 1: Earn 50/50 points for 125.Step 1: Create or log into your WebMD account. isit EmployeeHealthandWell-being.com and click WebMDVlogin. Log in to your existing account with your user name andpassword, or select “Register” and create an account.Step 2: Schedule yourFREE biometric screening.Option A: On Site. Log in to your WebMD account,select “Know Your Numbers” for an on-site screening andchoose a convenient time and campus.Option B: Quest Diagnostic Service Centers. Log into your WebMD account, select “Know Your Numbers” offeredby Quest and choose a convenient time and location.Option C: Primary Care Visit. Visit your primary carephysician, and have them fill out the Physician Health Check(PCP) form located on our website within the “WellnessIncentive” page.Participation in programs for incentives must occur during the 2022 calendar year. To be eligible forthe wellness incentive, team members must be employed by AdventHealth Central Florida Divisionthrough December 31, 2022.
