Important notice concerning your rightsin the Schneider Electric 401(k) PlanJuly 22, 2022This notice is to inform you that your account in thediversified investment portfolio, taking into account all yourSchneider Electric 401(k) Plan will transfer to Empowerassets, income and investments.
