All the applications areintegrated together through a multi-tiered database topology to provide a complete productionsolution.QuickPay and QuickStream are Windows based multi-user applications used in the productionof an event. The WatchmeSports apps are mobile device apps that allow contestants to registeronline, view draws, standings and results in real time.Registrations and payments for your event are all done online allowing you to downloadregistrations populating your contestant database while automatically building run listseliminating the need for data entry.Producing an event can be a daunting task for anyone especially if you don't have the propertools to do it, QuickPay can make that job easier for anyone. Getting StartedIMPORTANT: Before installing QuickPay on a network system you MUST beusing Windows 10 Pro Operating System. If installing on a single computer, theWindows Home version will suffice.Getting Started is a brief tutorial on the process that you will need to perform after installation inorder to complete your first event. Below, is the sequence that a producer must follow to run thefirst d the Overview to understand work flow, and Print out the ManualOrder checks so that in the case you are in a location that does not have Internet, youcan still process payouts with checks.Setup your System firstCreate a New EventSelect AssociationSpecify Event Category and ClassSet event begin and end, as well as registration close datesSelect Event functionsDefine Classes and ChargesDefine Fixed FeesEnter Web Page informationDefine Event ScheduleEnter event locationDefine Event PoliciesDemo PracticePost Event to WatchmeSportsDownload Online RegistrationsGenerate the Draw OrderSet the DragRun the raceGenerate PayoutsGenerate PaymentsUpload payouts to WatchmeSports so they can be ACH’d to the winnersPrint Checks for those without a WatchmeSports AccountPrint ReportsCopyright 2018 WatchmeSports

OverviewRaces are all about registering contestants, building run lists, taking times or recording scoresand generating payouts and writing checks. To streamline that process, QuickPay provides theproducer the ability to post race classes to the WatchmeSports server where contestants usingtheir WatchmeSports phone apps can view, select and pay for those classes they want to runin. WatchmeSports processes the payments and transfers the payment to your bank accountthrough ACH. Since we charge each contestant a processing fee, you the producer don’t haveany payment processing fees. When you download your events transactions fromWatchmeSports, the registrations are used to build run lists and the transactions are recordedin the General Journal. When the race is over and payouts have been generated you can payeveryone by uploading the checks to the server where they will be ACH’d to each contestantsbank account. The whole time no-one ever touches any cash or paper checks, and you theproducer are only charged a 2 processing fee for each payout. However, if you want, you canalways revert to the old hand method and either make cash payments or computer-generatedchecks.QuickPay allows you to work directly with your Contestant's database as you would a point ofsale system, recording entry fees and other event charges while building your Run Lists andperforming all accounting tasks automatically. QuickPay manages data by associations. Whenyou first run QuickPay the application will open in the DEMO association with a couple of eventsalready defined and populated with run data. Before you start recording fees and building RunLists, we highly recommend you practice in the DEMO association. In the Demo associationyou can build practice events, record times, compute payouts, generate payments, and printreports to learn how to use QuickPay.Order ChecksWhile it is much more efficient and less expensive to upload payouts to the WatchmeSportsserver where the payments flow directly into each winner’s bank accounts, there is nothingmore impressive than for a producer to have checks printed and waiting for everyone minutesafter a race. With QuickPay and pre-printed checks you can easily generate payouts and printchecks minutes after the last rider clears the course. QuickPay supports all Deluxe BusinessForms ten formats, so whatever your desired format might be, Deluxe will probably have it. Youcan see all these formats at https://www.deluxe.com. We recommend the single sheet threepart check with two vouchers, either the Deluxe DLT103 or DLT104 formats. The value this format has for the producer is that the voucher parts contain the Riders name, horse, the event, the race class, the division and place run, as well as the amount won. Yougive the winner the check and middle voucher and you keep the bottom voucher for your ownrecords. Kids love it since they can put their voucher up on their wall showing everyone thatthey won money doing something they love.Copyright 2018 WatchmeSports

DLT103, Classic Laser/Inkjet Multipurpose CheckSystem SetupThe first thing that a QuickPay user needs to do after installation is go to the System Setupscreen from the File menu and edit the default information. The information recorded in the Setup record includes Producer Info, a section for creating UserNames, definition of Associations and their Payout Rules, a POS Section for you to customizeand a section showing machines on the Network. You can access each page on the Setupscreen by clicking on the tabs shown below.Copyright 2018 WatchmeSports

Producer InformationThe Producer information stored on this screen is used on reports and postings toWatchmeSports, it defines who you are, and will be used for the Producer Info link for eachevent posted on WatchmeSports.com.Checking the Backup on Exit this feature will prompt QuickPay to automatically backup thewhole database upon exiting the program. In a multi-user configuration where others are loggedinto QuickPay this feature will act only if everyone else is logged out, and only from the server.User NamesUser names are added to the Users table on the User Names Tab in Setup. The only user thathas access to this area of the program are users with 'Admin' access rights. If no users aredefined, then QuickPay creates a default user called Manager. You as the Administrator shouldassign user names and a User Code (user’s initial’s) for each person that you want to haveaccess to QuickPay and QuickStream. The User Code is used to stamp each transaction so that in the case that there is a questionabout something then you will know who made the entry. Access rights are broken down intothree categories, Admin, Power, and Guest. Users with Admin rights can add and change usernames, write checks and gain access to all areas of the program. Power users may doeverything that an administrator can do except gain access to the user names tab. Guest userscannot write checks, generate payouts, enter the accounting area or change anything inSystem Setup. The Online field is checked or unchecked by QuickPay, which reflects whether a user is onlineor not. This field can sometimes be checked incorrectly if QuickPay is shutdown forcibly leavingthe user still logged into the system. In which case the system might tell you that "the user isstill logged on do you want to continue anyway?". If this happens the software will allow you tooverride and continue anyway. The Pass Key field is like the user’s password, except it is usedto allow quick logon and logoff. There is a Logoff button located on the top right side of the mainform that when clicked displays a numeric keypad that when you use the Pass Key value youwill be relogged back on quickly.Copyright 2018 WatchmeSports

The Interface field tells what kind of interface you want QuickPay to present to each user.QuickPay – Displays the standard QuickPay interface.QuickStream – Is for the user recording times in QuickStream.QuickReg – Displays an interface that will dumb down the interface so that the user can onlytake registrations, and all other functions are disabled.QuickPos – Displays a Point of Sale system that you can use for the concession stand .AssociationsCurrently, QuickPay comes with several associations already predefined. Some have formattables linked to them for use in payout schedules and others are simply association names likeFWISD - Fort Worth Independent School District. However, you have the ability to define a newassociation by creating a new association record in the Associations table. After creating a newassociation, you can define your own payout Format's and pay percentages, or you can copythem from an already existing association. To create a new association, position your cursor in the top table and press Ins . Use anacronym for the Association field and then spell out the association in the Description field. Ifthe association will be used for paying out on races then you will need to complete a couple ofextra steps. In the Payout Rule field use the drop-down list that is embedded in that field toselect the rule for paying open slots within divisions. After selecting a rule double click on theDisclaimer field and a memo dialog box will appear. Record any disclaimer your associationuses for their entry forms.Association Logo - The graphics palette to the right of the Association Table allows you to cutand paste an association's logo graphics. Simply cut your logo graphics from Windows Paint orsome other graphics program. Then click on the palette to make the palette active. PressCopyright 2018 WatchmeSports

Ctrl V to paste the graphic onto the palette. The graphic placed here is used when printinga receipt. The Formats table records are directly linked to the selected association record, likewise thePlaces Paid table records are linked directly with the selected Format record. This hierarchicallinking of records allows you to be very specific about how payouts are performed. Below is amore detailed explanation of the Formats and Places Paid tables.FormatsThe formats table allows you to define percentages to pay and time splits for each division. Forexample, the 1D% value of 35 means 35% of the entry fees will be paid to the 1D. The 0.5value in the 1DT field means that anyone turning in a time within a half second from the besttime is placed in the 1D. The 2Dt value of 0.5 means anyone running a half second off of thebest time plus the 1Dt value are included in the 2D. Below is an example of how these splitsmight work for a 4D race with half splits in the 1D & 2D and 1 second split in the 3D.Best Time16.0001D with 0.5 sec split16.000 to 16.4992D with 0.5 sec split16.500 to 16.9993D with 1 sec split17.000 to 17.9994D includes everyone else with a valid time above 18.000You should not define a 4D split unless you want it to be capped.Copyright 2018 WatchmeSports

HandicapsThis table is used for defining Points (incentive points) for Teamed events. The secondsassociated with each Point record is the time that is added to a team’s time. Handicapsare usually computed at the end of a race.Places PaidThe Entries field tells QuickPay which places paid record to use. For example, if there are 10 orfewer contestants running in a specific race class then only 1 place is paid and 100% of themoney is paid to the winner. If there are 73 contestants running in a race class then the up to90 Entries record is u

after a race. With QuickPay and pre-printed checks you can easily generate payouts and print checks minutes after the last rider clears the course. QuickPay supports all Deluxe Business Forms ten formats, so whatever your desired format might be, Deluxe will probably have it. You can see all these formats at https://www.deluxe.com. We recommend .
