LinkPoint ReCAPP Pilot Program End User Guide Overview About LinkPoint ReCAPP LinkPoint ReCAPP enhances the business value of sales interactions by capturing critical meeting intel from sales reps via mobile devices. LinkPoint ReCAPP brings productivity to sales reps by making meeting feedback a part of their natural sales process while adding very few obstacles for adoption within the teams. Integration with Microsoft Exchange and Salesforce eliminates the need to search for meetings or return to the CRM to take care of manual data entry. And the data captured fits the format you need and matches the content you want within your organization. LinkPoint ReCAPP makes it simple and seamless for sales reps to sync the information gathered from sales meetings into Salesforce as soon as the meeting ends and in the exact format the company wants. Configurable Profiles: Each user is set up with a Profile that can be reviewed and updated via the LinkPoint ReCAPP Web Portal. Mobile Application: Users install the LinkPoint ReCAPP application on their mobile device. They will be notified via the app at the close of a meeting and prompted to complete a ReCAPP. With just a few swipes, users select answers from predefined questions based on the meeting type in just minutes. Integration: The content captured by users is synchronized to the related CRM records for managers and other team members to review when dealing with that specific object in the CRM. Summaries: LinkPoint ReCAPP Organization and Team Administrators receive a ReCAPP Summary once each ReCAPP is complete, offering enhanced visibility into team interactions with prospects and customers. Understanding the LinkPoint ReCAPP Integration LinkPoint ReCAPP is designed to use information from meetings scheduled in Microsoft Exchange to prompt users to answer predefined questions using standardized answer options. The answers to these questions are then pushed to Salesforce as part of the integration. In order for the data to move between the systems and the LinkPoint ReCAPP mobile application, each user must enter their Microsoft Exchange and Salesforce credentials via the LinkPoint ReCAPP web portal. Once each user configures their Profile to include their Microsoft Exchange and Salesforce credentials via the web portal, the majority of their time is spent with the LinkPoint ReCAPP mobile application. The application is downloaded to the user’s mobile device and all question and answer content is collected within the app itself. The questions you answer as part of each ReCAPP are driven by several factors. Your manager(s) can choose to assign you to specific teams and make sure that the questions you encounter are specific to your department or role. Additional questions may appear due to the type of meeting you have attended. All of the logic is predefined by your LinkPoint ReCAPP Organization Admin and managers. Users simply review the questions provided and select predefined answer choices, or enter freeform text in an Other field, if available. The answers are captured and then synced back to the CRM, eliminating the need for additional data entry by the user. Rev. 2/11/16 Page 3 Copyright LinkPoint360 All Rights Reserved.

LinkPoint ReCAPP Pilot Program End User Guide ReCAPP Basics A ReCAPP is a collection of questions (and their responses) regarding a specific item in Salesforce such as an Opportunity or Account. A Meeting ReCAPP includes the specific questions (and their responses) for information gathered from a single meeting or interaction. A Meeting is a calendar item, synced to the LinkPoint ReCAPP system from Microsoft Exchange. Meeting content includes the subject, date, time, invitees, and notes (or body of the meeting invitation). Tip: Each ReCAPP may be made up of individual Meeting ReCAPPs if more than one meeting occurred related to the Salesforce object. Additional Resources: You can read more about ReCAPPs, Meeting ReCAPPs, and Meetings later in this User Guide. Rev. 2/11/16 Page 4 Copyright LinkPoint360 All Rights Reserved.

LinkPoint ReCAPP Pilot Program End User Guide Getting Started with LinkPoint ReCAPP Warning: Before you can begin to use the LinkPoint ReCAPP mobile application to capture feedback from your prospect and client meetings, you need to establish your LinkPoint ReCAPP account. Your LinkPoint ReCAPP Organization Administrator or Team Administrator (i.e. a department manager), will create your user Profile. To continue the process, you will need to complete the Setup Wizard and connect your Microsoft Exchange and Salesforce accounts to LinkPoint ReCAPP. This is typically a one-time process. Completing the Setup Wizard The first time any user logs into the LinkPoint ReCAPP web portal, the user will be prompted to complete the Setup Wizard. The Setup Wizard is designed to walk each user through the information needed in order to establish their Profile and the connections between Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, and LinkPoint ReCAPP. In this section, you will learn how to complete the Setup Wizard. 1 Visit https://recapp.linkpoint360.com. Select the Log in link in the top right corner of the screen. LinkPoint ReCAPP Pilot Program End User Guide 8 Enter the password for your Microsoft Exchange account in the Password and Confirm Password fields. Click the Finish button to continue. Tip: Be sure to have your Exchange account password on hand for this step. Many users encounter connection errors when they enter incorrect password information. This password is typically different than the credentials you use to access Salesforce, your computer, or other applications. If you are not sure about your Exchange password, check with your in-house Exchange Admin prior to completing this step. Tip: The checkbox for the Use Exchange Autodiscover Service will be selected by default. Leave the checkbox selected unless your organization has Autodiscover disabled for your Exchange account. Autodiscover enables third-party applications to connect to Exchange accounts automatically using the credentials provided by a user. Autodiscover is enabled by default by most organizations. However, some companies disable this feature to prevent unauthorized access to their Exchange servers. If your Autodiscover Service is disabled or you have difficulty connecting your Exchange account to LinkPoint ReCAPP, contact your in-house Exchange Admin and request your Exchange Web Service URL and Exchange Version. Deselect the Use Exchange Autodiscover Service checkbox and enter the information provided by your in-house Exchange Admin in the corresponding fields.
