DETAILS BANQUET SETUP Hotel to provide complete set up and breakdown of your buffet & banquet room needs Chafing dishes & serving utensils included as follows: Reception Hour: (2) Chaffing Dishes Lunch or Dinner: (6) Chafers for hot entrees (4) Chafers for cold entrees (2) Chafers for desserts Additional chafers incur a fee Hotel does not provide Chai or Indian Beverages, but has included Coffee/Hot Tea Service during reception hour COOKING FACITLITIES Outdoor space available at no additional cost for caterers’ tandoori oven and additional cooking needs. Caterer to bring in own supplies. If required, a usage fee will apply for partial use of kitchen facility. Outside catering company is required to bring own staff, pots, pans & utensils, all food & seasoning, serving dishes & bowls & clean-up materials. If required, a usage fee per Fryer will apply. Cater to provide oil. Executive Chef to confirm timing of kitchen usage which must be contracted in Sales Agreement. LABOR FEES A minimum Labor fee plus service charge and tax shall apply for any excessive cleaning or damage to function space. (Example: Confetti’s, silly string, rice). Additional labor fee may apply for any rental items and/or any tray passed food items (price will be determined based on number of items added) Bartender fees reduced with a 2 hour minimum. REQUIREMENTS Outside caterer must send a certificate of insurance in the amount of 1,000,000, (2) weeks prior to the event. A signed food waiver is required (30) days prior to Event.
