How To Download Adobe Creative Cloud App for Adobe DC In order to get Adobe DC, which is the current version of adobe, you need to download the Adobe Creative Cloud Application. One it is done downloading, click on the download and select “Open”. It will open a screen asking if you want to allow the app to make changes. You must select “Yes” for the program to download. Once you hit continue you will be redirected again. Your screen will look like this: Here you must sign in using @sbccd.edu and you will use your current network password and select Login. IF for some reason it won’t take the password or says “Access Denied”, please submit a Help Desk Ticket and/or contact Campus Technology Services so they can check to make sure you have a valid account with Adobe. Once you select Login from the previous screen you will get the following screen. This is now installing the Adobe Creative Cloud App. Once this process is done, the following screen will appear. Once you are done or skip the tour you will see the apps for Adobe. You will need to Install Acrobat DC. You will see that in the list of Adobe applications. You MAY get the following screen. This is saying that you have logged into too many machines using your license. You only have 2 licenses for Adobe. Therefore, if you get this you will need to log out of one of the other machines. Leave the box marked to “Sign me out of other computers so I can sign in here” and select “Continue.
