1 . INTRODUCTION The program presented in this manual represents the minimum requirements for AgilFence PIDS and its peripheral devices. However, more frequent service may be warranted in specific sites which require more care. The purpose of this maintenance program is to promote repair consistency and cost efficiency, and assure that the system is in good operating condition. ST Electronics (Satcom & Sensor Systems) is the manufacturer of AgilFence PIDS, the PIDS system described in this manual and as such is responsible for the system safety, reliability and performance only if: 1. installation 2. calibration & recalibration 3. changes and repair have been carried out by authorised personnel and if the system equipment is used according to the instructions provided and operation is only entrusted to qualified, trained personnel. ST Electronics (Satcom & Sensor Systems) is not liable to any damages derived from the non-compliance with the aforementioned recommendations. . 2 Quarterly Task PTZ Camera Outdoor UPS System Description Cleaning the outer body of the camera. Clearing of lizard/bird waste. Clean the internal of the cover. Clear all the waste and dirt. . Cleaning the outer body of the enclosure. Clear all the waste and dirt inside the compartment. Measure the voltage of the backup battery. Check all the connectors are attached to the device. 2 1 Task & Procedure Task Cleaning PTZ Camera Cleaning Fixed Camera Housing Thermal Camera Description Note Inform OCC on which camera we are doing the servicing. Lower the PTZ camera. Clear all the waste and dirt. Clean the internal of the perspex cover. Fix back the cover. Ensure they are tightened properly. Clean the outer of the cover. After finish servicing, inform OCC. Inform OCC on which camera we are doing the servicing. Lower the camera. Clear all the waste and dirt inside the housing. Clean up the glass panel of the camera housing. When cleaning the perspex cover, use a clean cloth. Secure the collapsible pole tightly. Lower the camera pole, gently. Secure the collapsible pole tightly after servicing. Lower the camera 7

. 3 Biannually Task Server Rack in AOC Room NVR System Description Clean and dust inside and outside of the rack. Check the KVM is working. Check PIDs server is working. Check the UPS system is working The replace battery LED is not lighted up. Replace the back battery if indicator light up. Check there is not beeping at the UPS. Beeping indicate Low Battery Warning Level. Ensure all connectors are secure. Check the status of each PIDs sensor through AgilFence Signal Processing Unit software, if pre-tension value is below threshold, perform pre-tension activity. Clean and dust inside and outside of the rack. Check all the equipment in the rack are working. 15/03/13/Rev1/ Preventive Maintenance Manual Note Refer to 7.1 for task and procedure. Task Description Check all the connectors are connected. Check all the used ports of the network switches communicating LED lights are blinking. Check all the CCTV images. Test out the Pan/Tilt/Zoom of all the PTZ cameras. Check the recording of the NVR. Record the earliest recording date. 15/03/13/Rev1/ Preventive Maintenance Manual Note 10

. 4 Annually Task Fibre Optic Sensor Cable and GI conduit at Fencing Metal Containment Splicing Enclosure Box Description Check the sensor cable is attached with cable ties. Replace new cable ties if there is breakage. Outer jacket of the sensor is not injured. Replace new sensor cable if the outer jacket is damaged. GI conduit pipe, coupling (socket) and space bar saddle is not rust. Paint it if they are rusty. The conduit pipe is fastening with space bar saddle, and the leave of the saddle is not loose. Tighten the screw if loose. Replace new screws if missing. Enclosure box is not loose and shaky. Tighten the box if it is loose. The box cover is not damaged. Replace a new cover if it is damaged. 4 1 Task & Procedure Task Pre-Tensioning of sensor cable Description Inform OCC on which cluster, channel and sensor that is working on. Pre-tensioning is perform using bragg meter. Inform OCC on completion. 5 1 Task & Procedure Task Replace backup battery at Outdoor UPS Description Note Inform OCC on replacing which UPS battery. Switch off the circuit breaker. Replace new backup battery. Write a label over the new battery on date of replacement. Inform OCC on completion of the replacement. 15/03/13/Rev1/ Preventive Maintenance Manual Do not allow the battery terminal in contact with metal body. Secure the terminal tightly. 15

6 1 Task & Procedure Task Replace Solar Obstruction light internal battery Description Note Inform OCC before replacing the internal battery. Lower the collapsible pole. Dismantle the Solar light. Secure the collapsible pole tightly after servicing. 17

. 7 As Needed Task Outdoor UPS UPS/ back battery in Server Rack. Equipment at Server Rack Description Note Replace faulty UPS System Refer to 7.1. for Task And Procedure. Refer to 7.1 for Task and Procedure. Replace faulty UPS System Replace faulty equipment in the rack Solar Obstruction Light Refer to 7.1 for Task And Procedure. 7 1 Task & Procedure Task Outdoor UPS UPS/backup battery in Server Rack Equipment at Server Rack Description Inform OCC before replacing the faulty UPS system. Switch off the circuit breaker. Replace the new UPS System. Switch on the circuit breaker. Inform OCC on completion of the replacement. Inform OCC before replacing the UPS System. Shut down and switch off all the server and equipment that is using the UPS system. Replace the new UPS System. Plug back all equipment that is using the UPS System. Power up the UPS system. Power up all the equipment/ server. Inform OCC on completion. Inform OCC before replacing the faulty equipment. Switch off the faulty equipment. 15/03/13/Rev1/ Preventive Maintenance Manual Note 19

Task Solar Obstruction Light Description Replace with a new one. Inform OC on completion. Note Inform OCC before replacing the faulty set. Lower the collapsible pole. Dismantle the faulty set.
