User Guide: MDH Moving Forward Website Quick Access Links: Existing Smartsheet Users New Smartsheet Users: First Time Sign In Users with a Maryland.gov Gmail Account: Subsequent Sign In From a Bookmark From the Email Link Users Who Do Not Have a Maryland.gov Gmail Account: Subsequent Sign In Resetting Your Password Users with a Maryland.gov Gmail Account Users without a Maryland.gov Gmail Account Requesting Assistance Existing Smartsheet Users If you are an existing Smartsheet user (i.e., you use Smartsheet for other tasks), you should not need to set up an account or password. When you click the MDH Moving Forward link, the site should display immediately.

New Smartsheet Users: First Time Sign In 1. You will receive an email notification when the site is shared with you. Locate the message in your email account; it will look like the image below. 2. Click the MDH Moving Forward link in the email message. A dialog box appears on the screen, prompting you to create a password. 2

3. 4. 5. Enter a password of your choosing; it must be at least 10 characters long and cannot include spaces. Click the checkbox to accept the Smartsheet User Agreement. Click the Continue button to continue the registration process. The Complete Your Profile dialog box appears on the screen. 6. Complete the profile fields, then click the Continue button (or click the Do Later button to continue without completing the profile). The MDH Moving Forward dashboard site should now display on the screen. It may be helpful to save the site as a bookmark to make future access easy. Note: To save as a bookmark in Google Chrome, click the star button at the right side of the URL/address field. 3

Users with a Maryland.gov Gmail Account: Subsequent Sign In From a Bookmark 1. If you saved the site as a bookmark the first time you signed in, you can click the bookmark to access the site again. You will be presented with the Smartsheet log in page. 2. Click the Google button under the “Or log in with” heading to sign in with your maryland.gov Gmail address and password. Note: If you are already logged in to your maryland.gov Gmail account in another tab of your browser, you will be signed in automatically; if not, you will be led through the Gmail sign in process before the MDH Moving Forward site displays. 4

From the Original Email Link 1. If you click the link from the notification email to access the site after signing in for the first time, you will encounter the Smartsheet log in page with an error message stating that Smartsheet is “unable to automatically sign you in”. 2. Click the Google button under the “Or log in with” heading to sign in with your maryland.gov Gmail address and password. Note: If you are already logged in to your maryland.gov Gmail account in another tab of your browser, you will be signed in automatically; if not, you will be led through the Gmail sign in process before the MDH Moving Forward site displays. 5

Users Who Do Not Have a Maryland.gov Gmail Account: Subsequent Sign In 1. Open the MDH Moving Forward site in a web browser. To do this, you can either: Click the MDH Moving Forward link in the original email notification you received; or If you saved the site as a bookmark the first time you signed in, you can click the bookmark you created to access the site again. You will be presented with the Smartsheet log in page. 2. Enter your email address. Note: This should be the same account in which you received the original email notification with the MDH Moving Forward link. Enter the password you set up the first time you access the MDH Moving Forward site. Click the Log in button to log into Smartsheet and view the MDH Moving Forward site. 3. 4. 6

Resetting Your Password Users with a Maryland.gov Gmail Account If you have a Maryland.gov Gmail account, you should be using that account to access the Smartsheet site. Users without a Maryland.gov Gmail Account If you do not have a Maryland.gov Gmail account, you will need to manage your Smartsheet password. In the event that you forget your password or for some reason need to reset it, click the Forgot Password? link above the Log in button on the Smartsheet log in page to work through the reset process. Requesting Assistance Should you encounter difficulty accessing the MDH Moving Forward website and require assistance, please complete the MDH Moving Forward Access Issues form to report the issue and request assistance. 7
