Incentive Madrid 2019 Specific Rules for Participation Evaluation period starts: target date: ends: target date: 11th of October 2019 Midnight CET 21st of November 2019 Midnight CET Incentive levels can only be reached once. The scoring system is based on Incentive Points so-called IPs - which may not be confused with Karatbars’ Unilevel Points. The fixed points for each product can be found on the Table of IPs on page 19 - 20. In regards to Incentive Travel Allowance Levels which also require organization‘s sales, please note that the greater your personal sales are, the smaller your organization can be, and vice versa. Incentive Madrid 2019 Incentive Requirements – Terms and Conditions Only sales of products listed in the table of IPs in this presentation count for qualification (Incentive Points, see pages 19 - 20). Incentive prizes can only be achieved with personal sales in the account through which it was earned. Prizes may NOT be exchanged for a different prize, cash or gold, and may NOT be transferred to others (including status). Tickets and travel allowance are NOT transferable and will be handed out to the winner only. In detail: Only the qualified affiliate will receive the prize in his account. Travel allowance will be paid out after registration of his ticket at the event-registration. Detailed registration processes will be communicated after the termination of the Incentive. The winners will be informed. Prizes can only be won once per account and may not be accumulated (only the highest prize earned will be distributed). Travel allowance will be paid out after the event to the Karatbars Prepaid Cards. The Qualification ranks/prizes can be achieved by selling products over the announced period. In case of payment through wire transfer, date of approved wire counts. *Bonuses on packages are calculated according to the file “Package content change overview” in the download area, section General Information. Dual Team Organization Incentive Points consist of your personal sales and the total sales of your right and left teams, which must meet the requirements (IPs) indicated on their respective slides of this presentation. IPs resulting from personal sales only, or team sales without personal revenues will not qualify for the travel prizes as described on sheets 16 - 18. No liability will be incurred for misprints or incomplete specifications - subject to alterations, errors excepted. The decision of Karatbars management is final, with no recourse; participation in the Incentive Program is your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms. Karatbars may at its sole discretion substitute or replace prizes, or discontinue the Incentive Program. Winners are responsible for any taxes due. IMPORTANT!
