5/4/2021 Friendship Heights TAP Public Presentation Friendship Heights TAP Public Presentation Friday, April 23 1:00 - 2:30 PM EST Zoom The DC Office of Planning (DCOP), the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority and the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments, engaged ULI Washington to host a Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) to provide a high level analysis of opportunities and challenges in Friendship Heights. The TAP will explore opportunities for advancing transformative and equitable redevelopment in Friendship Heights. With a focus primarily on Friendship Heights DC, the panel has been tasked with evaluating existing land use, transit assets and access, opportunities to increase housing options, and providing cohesive design and public realm recommendations.
