99-7581DOUBLE DIN HEAD UNIT/STACKED ISOMOUNT UNITS PROVISIONSMount the factory brackets onto theaftermarket radio or stacked ISOunits using the hardware suppliedwith the new radio.2Remove the (2) T-20 Torx screwsfrom the factory a/c vents in thefactory radio trim panel that willsecure the DDIN trim plate. (Figure A)3Secure the DDIN trim plate to thefactory radio trim panel using the (2)T20 Torx screws removed in step 2.A5KIT ASSEMBLY1

99-7581FINAL ASSEMBLYFINAL ASSEMBLY1 Locate the factory wiring harness in the dash and make the connection as shown.Metra recomends using the proper mating adapter and making the connections asshown. (Isolate and individually tape off the ends of any unused wires to preventelectrical short circuit.)2 Re-connect the negative battery terminal and test the unit for proper operation.3 Reassemble radio and dash assemblies in reverse order of disassembly.FINAL WIRING CONNECTIONSMake wiring connections using the EIA color code chart shown below and the instructions included with the headunit. Metra recommends making connections as shown below; Strip, Splice, Solder, Tape.
