Tuition TimesTuition times are 09.00 –12.30, 13.30 – 16.30 (including break periods) Monday toFriday.Please Note Modules 1, 2 & 10 are scheduled to commence on a Sunday.Tuition & Examination Fees Tuition Fees are normally 330.00 VAT ( 396.00 inc. VAT) per week,which includes technical training notes, tuition and examination fee. Fee for examination only, is 62.00 VAT ( 74.40 inc. VAT) per Module examinationorpart thereof.Zero-to-Hero ProgrammeIn addition to individual modules, AST offers a Zero-to-Hero strategy to thoseseeking to undertake all modules required by a particular Licence category, inone programme.Fees for the full programmes are further discounted as follows: Category B1 6,719 VAT ( 8,062.80 inc. VAT) Category B2 7,596 VAT ( 9,115.20 inc. VAT)Payments for the Zero-to-Hero course may be made in two instalments, the first 50% atthe start of training and the balance by no later than the midway point of training.Military Service LeaversAST will offer an additional discount to Military Service Leavers from the UnitedKingdom and also International armed forces; these discounts may be used forour Zero-to-Hero courses which are priced as follows. Car Parking ChargesOn the final Friday of each Module the examinations normally take place on thePerth College UHI Campus within the Brahan Building. On-site parking is availableat the College campus and parking charges apply at a daily rate of 80p or 50p forfour hours, pay and display machines are situated in the car park.TrainingCandidates undertaking some modules will note that because of the complexityof these modules, they have been broken into discrete parts. However, candidatesmust sit all of the topics required by their conversion requirements or thecomplete module in one examination. The attached tables show this breakdown.AST recommends that modules are undertaken in numerical order to ensurethat pre-requisite knowledge is acquired before undertaking succeedingmodules.The EASA Part 66 Examinations for Modules 2, 6 & 7 are examined to the highestknowledge level that will cover the individual for the B1 and B2 Licence Categories.We trust that the enclosed will be of assistance.
