Do notsqueeze trigger until the pistol has been cleared. Inspect the chamber to be sure that it is empty. Check to see thatthere are no obstructions in the barrel. Because of the amount of compression, assembly will bereleased under spring tension and could cause possible injury to personnel, or become damaged or lost.Cover the top of the trigger cavity to prevent ejection or loss of the trigger spring, or possible injury to personnelduring removal of the trigger pin.When applying pressure to the center/coilcould cause possible injury to personnel.For furtherinformationarea of trigger spring, use care to prevent ejection of trigger spring as thison first aid, refer to FM 21-l 1.4

REPAIR PARTS, SPECIAL TOOLS, AND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT2-l.COMMON TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT.authorized common tools and equipment refer to theModified Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE)applicable to your unit.2-3. REPAIR PARTS. Repair parts are listed andillustratedin appendix C of this manual.1 2-2.
