Type 1900-UMSafety Relief ValveThe type 1900-UM valve is capable of flowingliquid, gas or steam with no adjustment required toswitch between different media with the same setpressure.Inlet Sizes:Inlet Ratings:Outlet Sizes:Outlet Ratings:Orifice Sizes:1" through 12"ANSI Class 150 through25002" through 16"ANSI Class 150 and 300D through WSet Pressure Range:4 psig to 6250 psigTemperature Range:-450 F to 1500 FMaterials:Certification:Cast carbon steel bodywith stainless steel trimASME Section III and VIII,PED and SQLOptions for Type 1900-UMSafety Relief Valve1900-30-UMThe type 1900-30-UM valve includes the addition of abalanced bellows that is necessary to compensate forthe effects of variable back pressure. By isolating theupper structure and allowing the use of less expensivematerials, the bellows is also a cost-effective solutionin applications where the valve is exposed to highlyviscous or corrosive fluids.1900-UM-DA Soft SeatTThe type 1900-UM-DA soft seat contains an additionalsoft seal. This soft seat is the primary seal, and it allowsthe valve to remain leak free at 95 percent of setpressure over 100 psig (6.89 barg). A backup metal seatprovides additional safety for fire-relief applicationswhen soft goods can be destroyed by high temperatureexposure. The Consolidated type 1900-UM soft seat isavailable for set pressures up to 6250 psig (430.92 barg). Some soft seats offered by other manufacturers arelimited to 1500 psig.1900-UM-Crydodisc (CD)The patented Cryodisc is an option designedspecifically for cryogenic fluid applications. Its metaldisc is engineered to deflect toward the nozzle, creating a tighter seal when exposed to isolatedcolder spots, help to reduce process fluid leakage. Thistechnology helps customers such as those inLNG gas processing to curb plant emissions and lowermaintenance costs.Consolidated Pressure Relief Valve Condensed Catalog 5

Consolidated Safety ValveProductsIn Compliance with ASME Section I Code for Boiler ApplicationsSince 1879, GE’s Consolidated safety valves have been known for exceptional quality, performance and dependability.Because safety valves play an important role in keeping people and equipment safe, it is important that they be reliablein even the most demanding real-world applications. That’s why GE works closely with our customers and regulatoryorganizations to configure, engineer, and manufacture safety valves that can help maintain safer operating conditions ina full range of environments.Key valve featuresOur comprehensive portfolio of safety valves can help to run operations smoothly and cost effectively, particularly insteam service environments. Consolidated safety valves feature a unique pop-action release that can relieve steam overpressurization if pressures upstream from the valve reach a set point .What is more, GE’s Consolidated safety valves comply with the ASME Section I code for boiler applications. They are builtwith many features that meet ASME requirements for steam-compressible fluids. For example, all models feature a liftinglever, required by the code for testing, instead of deadweight or weighted levers. Consolidated safety valves can alsowithstand set pressures up to 103 percent with a blowdown value of 4 percent, or 96 percent of set pressure drop beforethe valve re-seats.A full range of valvesWith a range of styles, models, options and configurations, Consolidated safety valves work in many different boilerapplications.Applications: Economizer Soot blowers in forced flow steam generators Drum Organic fluid vapor generators Superheater main steam line High temp hot water generators Power actuated relief valve Electric boilers Cold re-heater line Waste heat recovery boilers Hot re-heater line10 GE Energy

Tourism is a sector where connectivity and the internet have been discussed as having the potential to have significant impact. However there has been little research done on how the internet has impacted low-income country tourism destinations like Rwanda. This research drew on 59 in-depth interviews to examine internet and ICT use in this context. Inputs Connectivity can support inputs (that .
