His Leadership at NPTI has been made the subject of a case study on "Transformational Leadership" forMBA students and he has also been one of the models of study on Human Excellence at IIM, Ahmedabad.Dr. Naidu was the key architect of National Perspective Plan for R&D and National Training Policy for the Power Sector. A doubleDoctorate in Engineering and Management, he is a Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering comprising country's mostdistinguished engineers and scientists. The degree of correspondence between Korean and Chinese syllables was examined. Results show that among the 406 Chinese character families in Sino-Korean words, 22.7% have an average correspondent consistency lower than 0.5 .
