Evans-ChurchillThe Evans-Churchill Neighborhood sits next to thePhoenix Downtown Core and is home to RooseveltRow which houses the arts district and hosts FirstFridays and Third Fridays gallery night. Theneighborhood expands north to McDowell Road andsouth to Fillmore Street. The GoSafe Function can be used to activateSafeWalk and text with your friends or family during your trip as they view your progresson a map. Deactivate SafeWalk after your trip.** Please note that the student-run Safety Escort Service on this app is only available onthe Tempe Campus.Downtown Phx Inc. Ambassadors602-495-1500They provide a free walking escort service; you can call and schedule out for an escorteither on a daily or as needed basis. If possible, students should schedule at least a fewhours in advance to ensure there is someone available. They cover a 90 block radius fromJefferson to Fillmore and 3rd Ave. to 7th Street. Escorts are available Sunday -Thursday6:30 am-10 pm and Friday/Saturday 6:30 am -11pm.
