Entry Fee: 150/division except Medal class which is one class 45 (does notinclude stabling). Requirement: Valid Coggins test for PA residents, Valid Coggins and Health Certificate for out-of-state residents must be presented before a back number will be issued.Scratches Scratches are accepted before August 20, 2017.Schooling and Arrival Rules Horses may arrive beginning at 6am on Friday,t1st. Hacking in the rings at 10:30-11:45 on Friday morning. Flatwork is permitted in the Equine Arena on Saturday and Sunday morning from6:00-6:45am. Flatwork is permitted in the Large Arena on Saturday morning. There is NO schooling over the jumps. Blue-Red trips are available to all. The rider can be a trainer or another exhibitor thathas signed an entry blank. Formal attire is not required. No more than one Blue-Redtrip per entry per division. Each Blue-Red trip is 35. Ribbons will be awarded.Stabling Stalls are temporary stalls in permanent buildings. A weekend stall is 150 and is available fromttt be vacated by 9:00 pm on Sunday, September 3. Day stalls are not available this year. Reserve stalls and tack stalls fees can be found on the entry form. Shavings will be available to purchase at 10/bale and must be reserved on entry form.Accommodations Camper Space 150/week or 50/night. Every horseentered for competition will comply with the rules of the horse show management, butmanagement will, in no case, be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur, and it shallbe condition of entry that each exhibitor shall hold this horse show and the officials andemployees of the show blameless for any loss or accident to his horse, employees, equipment,which may occur from sickness, fire or otherwise. Management reserves the right to refuse,accept conditionally, or to cancel any entries, disqualify any riders or exhibitors, prohibit entriesand cancel award prizes without claims for damages; to cancel or combine unfilled classes, or toreschedule classes after due notice to exhibitors; to change rings or rotate judges. Exhibitors arenotified that any act of discourtesy or disobedience toward the judges or officials, on the part ofthe owner, manager, rider, or groom shall disqualify the horse, and the owner shall forfeit hisentry fee and other fees. Show management reserves to itself the power to prohibit any personfrom attending or showing a horse in the ring and to remove any groom or horse from the showwithout being liable for compensation. All exhibitors must wear protective headgear at all timeswhile mounted on the show grounds. All dogs must be on a leash and under owners control.
