The lensesshall be molded tempered borosilicate glass for Type3 refractor. The frosted lens shall be tempered highborosilicate glass.Fixture finish shall consist of a five stage pretreatmentregimen with a polymer primer sealer, oven dry off andtop coated with a thermoset super TGIC polyesterpowder coat finish. The finish shall meet the AAMA605.2performance specification which includes passing a3000 hour salt spray test for corrosion resistance.The lenses shall be sealed top and bottom with siliconegaskets. The ballast assembly shall be accessible byturning two screws in keyhole slots and twisting theballast plate to remove. Quick disconnects shall be usedfor all electrical connections.
