.Get2itPaUnscrew the air cleaner cover screws.Pull out the air filter element from the air cleanercase. Wash the element in non-flammable solvent.Squeeze out the solvent thoroughly.Let it dry. Soak the filter element in gear oil andthen squeeze out the excess oil.Install the element into the air cleaner carefully.Matrix 50 Rev 1.0wwww.GetwwThe spark plug is located at the front of theengine. Disconnect the spark plug cap and removethe spark plug. Check the spark plug electrodesfor wear. Change the spark plug if the electrodesand insulator tip appear unusually fouled orburned.Discard the spark plug if there is apparent wear orif the insulator is cracked or chipped.The spark plug gap should be set to 0.6-0.7mm.With the sealing washer attached, thread the sparkplug in by hand to prevent cross threading.Torque the spark plug to 12-19 N-m.2itP2.7 SPARK PLUGarts.c.Get2.6 AIR CLEANERrts.com2itParts.cSlide the rubber adjuster cap off the throttlehousing, loosen the locking nut, and adjust thefree play of the throttle lever by turning theadjuster on the throttle housing. Pump gears rotate the plungershaft in the oil pump. This shaft sends thelubricating oil into the crankcase to mix with themixture of air-fuel flow evenly.
