Install the tensioning end first with the2” long Receiver.232 Series4. Run the bare end of the cable through all yourintermediate posts and through the end postwhere you will be installing the Pull-Lock fitting.2. Slip the Delrin washer over the body of theReceiver and insert the Receiver into the post.3. Start the threaded stud attached to the cable intothe Receiver and turn 2 complete turns. 6. Push the cable into the hole in the front of thePull-Lock fitting and pull the cable through.Twist the cable in the right hand direction asyou push it into the fitting.10. Go to the other end and tension the cable byholding the cable securely to prevent it fromturning while you turn the Receiver with an Allenhex wrench. Be careful to protect the cable fromdamage while tensioning.Push the cablethrough the fitting7. Push the Pull-Lock fitting along the cable andfirmly into the hole in your post. Push it in astightly as you can with your hand while pulling thecable through as tightly as you can.Pull cable tightPressto hold fittingagainst post8. Cut the cable flush with the hole in the back ofthe fitting using a cut-off wheel.3/16” hex forAllen wrenchThe swaging stud will be pulled intothe Receiver by the tensioning.Cut off11. Tension in sequence,beginning with theoutside cables andmoving back and forthtoward the center.Finished cables shouldbe tensioned to haveonly 1/4” of play whenfinger-pulled.Cut-off ToolUsed to cut cable flush with the end of thePull-Lock fittings, and to cut excess threadsoff stud-type Receivers.
