Locate the hardware bag.Step 2: Install Console Mast and Lower Mast CoverNote: Make sure the lower mast cover (E) is on the console mast (A) prior to connectingthe 3 connectors in step A.A. Hold the console mast (A) close to the main frame mount (B) and connect the threeconnectors (C) from the bottom of the console mast to the three connectors (D)coming from the main frame.Note: The two-pin connectors coming from the bottom of the console mast can pluginto either two-pin connector from the main frame. If color-coded, match colors.B. Carefully push all wires into the mast tube or main frame so they are not pinchedwhen mounting the console mast to the main frame.C. Line the three mounting holes on the bottom of the console mast (A) to the 3 holeson the main frame mount (B) and install the three counter sink screws (12) providedin the hardware bag.Note: Do not fully tighten the bolts until all three are installedD Slide the lower mast cover (E) down the mast until it clicks into place at the base of the mast.ABE12DC11

Step 3: Install Console AssemblyKA. Remove the the upper andlower console covers (K & L).1. Remove the two screws (14)from the bottom cover.2. Press in at the locationsright to release the snaps andseperate the two halves.L14B. Remove the 4 attachment screws (13)from the back of the console (F).C. Slide the 3 connectors coming from the back of the console thru the center hole inthe console mount bracket (G).D. Line the mounting holes in the back of the console with the holes in the console mountbracket and install the 4 previously removed screws (13).Note: Do not tighten any screws until all 4 are installedE . Connect the 3 connectors coming from the back of the console (H) to the three connectorscoming from the top of the console mast (J).Note: The two-pin connectors coming from the console can plug intoeither two-pin connector from the console mast. If color-coded, match colors.F . Carefully tuck all extra wire into the back of the console or into the console mast tube.FHJ12G13

Being careful not to pinch the wire harnesses from the console, tilt the top portionof the top cover (K) down and into the back of the console. Carefully tilt the bottomof the top cover downward until it fully seats down over the handlebar.B. Install the lower cover (L) onto the upper cover and install the 2 screws (14) removed in step 3A.Note: Do no over-tighten these screwsKL13

Step 5: Install Armrest and Seat Back Frame Assembly (This step may require 2 people)A. Remove the two Carriage bolts (16) with nuts (18) and washers (17) from theArmrest Assembly (P).B. Remove the two Allen head bolts (19) and washers (20) from the back of theSeat Slide Frame (R).C. While holding the armrest over the two mounting holes in the seat slide frame, attachthe two connectors (S) coming from the bottom of the armrest to the two connectors (T)coming from the seat slide frame.Note: The two-pin connectors coming from the seat slide frame can plug intoeither two-pin connector from the bottom of the armrest. If color-coded, match colors.D. Place the armrest on the seat slide frame and line of up the bolt holes. Place the seat backframe (U) over the armrest and install the two carriage bolts (16) through the mounting holesand secure with the washers (17) and nuts (18) removed in step 1. Do not tighten yet.E . Install the two Allen bolts (19) and washers (20) removed in step B and tighten.F . Tighten the two carriage bolts installed in step D.16UP2019TSR171814

R7000iInteractive Recumbent CycleStep 6: Install Storage TrayA. Remove the 5 Allenscrews (15) from the seatslide frame.B. Install the storage tray (11)onto the seat slide frame.C. Line up the mountingholes and re-install the5 Allen screws removedin step A.1511Step 7: Install Seat BottomA. Remove the 4 bolts (19) from the bottom of the seat (Y) notating the holes that theyare removed from.Note: There are two sets of holes in the seat mount (Z). The front set of holes is recommended.B. Line the seat bottom up withthe preferred set of holes inthe seat mount and install thefour bolts previously removedin step A. Do not tighten untilall four bolts are installed.19YZ15

Step 8: Right and Left Pedal AssemblyA. Identify which pedal goes on the right side andwhich goes on the left side by locating the “R”on the bolt of the right pedal (9) and the “L” onthe bolt of the left pedal (8).B. Hand tighten the right pedal (9) into the rightcrank arm (S) by turning clockwise.C. Hand tighten the left pedal (8) into the leftcrank arm (Q) by turning counter clockwise. Becareful not to cross thread the threads.9SD. Tighten both pedals with a 15mm wrench.8QStep 9: Setting Date and Timeprogram groupThe screen will change to update Calender. Press ENTER16

R7000iInteractive Recumbent CycleThe R7000i comes with our innovativeIntelli-Key feature that will prompt youthrough console operations by usingintelligent lights on the buttons thatpressed to continue operations.Quickstart: Press the START button to begin aManual workout without having to set anyindividual information. When the programbegins your workout time will start counting upfrom 00:00 and you can manually adjust theresistance using the UP and DOWN arrows.Pause: If you need to temporarily stop your workout, press thePAUSE button to PAUSE. To RESTART the workout, press the STARTbutton. After 1 minute of no activity the cNote: Because this is a self-generator type bike, if it is not being pedaled, the console will shutReset: To RESET the console, press and hold the PAUSE button for 3 seconds.Enter: The ENTER button is used to Select each piece of information needed during program setup,including Program, Workout Level, Workout Time, and Your Weight. If you do not enter aWeight, the system will use a default weight of 150lbs.Arrows: These buttons are used to modify the value of each selection entered during the setupprocess and to change the workout resistance during use.Program Buttons: The R7000i has Program Group buttons. These are designed to helpyou add variety to your exercise program while staying consistent with your exercise goals. Tobuttons. These 4 buttons group the programs into Heart Rate Training, Healthy Living, SportsTraining, and Weight Loss. Depending on which button you select, thereare multiple programs in each. To look at the next program within each group just press theProgram Group button again to scroll to the next option.17

Operating Your R7000i Bikequick programThe screen will change to Update Calendar. Press ENTERupENTERENTERStarting in Manual Mode.- Use the Program buttons to select your desired Exercise Program. Each programbutton has multiple programs that you can scroll through. Each time you press the program buttonSet Program Level - There are 2 levels of intensity with each preset program (1 being the easiest2).Use the UP / Down arrows to make the selection then Press Enter.UP / DOWNIf a change to the program needs to be made press Enter and make the necessary changes.20

Reading Your Heart RateContact Heart Rate Sensors are built into thestationary hand grips of the R7000i tomonitor your heart rate during exercise. Touse, grasp the sensors with a comfortablegrip with the palms of your hands placedover the sensors. If the sensors areuprate you may consider using aloe or amoisturizer on your hands, or you canwarm up as you exercise to increasethe moisture in your hands. Dry handsas moist hands.Do not squeeze tightly as this cancause your blood pressure to rise. Itwill take a few seconds for the consoleto calculate your heart rate accurately.22sensors

R7000iInteractive Recumbent CycleThe R7000i comes with an assortment of programs that will give you the variety you need to get theselect from during the setup process. During operation, levels can also be changed.short interval-1Moderate Interval: (30 minute workout default)As you begin to exercise on a regular basisready to begin doing “Moderate IntensityInterval” workouts. You should begin with an intensity that is easy and then progress to an exercisean easy recovery interval followed by a higher intensity interval. You should feel comfortable to pushyourself as you do this workout as you are never too far away from an easier recovery interval.This workout will improve your overall aerobic endurance while also maximizing your anaerobic23

Long Interval: (40 minute workout default)Long Interval workouts are great tomaximize calorie burn and improve yourharder, at a higher intensity level. As in the Moderate Interval workouts, remember you have a recoveryperiod after each higher intensity interval so you can comfortably push yourself to exercise at aprogressively higher level.FartlekVarying your exercise intensity with aconstantly changing interval workout thatstarts out at an easy pace and then increasesto a moderate or higher intensity pace willadd some great variety into your workouts, make your workouts go by faster than you ever imaginedIncreasing your exercise intensity at constantly changing intervals and then dropping that intensity tojust a slightly lower level, and then returning to the higher level has great anaerobic cardiovascularpushing yourself a bit harder.24

Plateau Climb:A Plateau Climb workout will provide youworkouts, but push you to maintain a higherof course always comfortably push yourself to higher overall exercise intensity for longer periods oftime. Remember, if you simply get on your bike and go at the same pace, for the same amount oftime every day when you workout, your body will only improve to the level of the workouts you arealways “change” your workouts so you don’t do the same workout within one week, while at the sametime slowly increase your overall exercise intensity while also increasing your overall exercise time.Ladderhas on the heart and cardiovascular system.and cardiovascular system with a series of progressively harder exercise intensity’s that will improveyour overall aerobic endurance, while also stimulating your anaerobic endurance. The goal of the Uphill Climb workout is to stimulate your body to improvemaximizing muscle cell development in working muscles. The Uphill Climb workout has been designedto start out at a slow, comfortable pace and gradually increase to a peak intensity then with a quickdecrease in intensity back down to a recovery level. You will maximize overall calorie burn during thepeak intensity levels of this workout while allowing your body to exercise for a longer duration.28
