Stature SC can be used on plants grown ingreenhouses, shadehouses, lathhouses, arrd outdoor container or field nurseries, including conifer nurseryseedlings. This product should be used in a program withother prOducts to prOVide season-long protection. Undersevere disease conditions, use maximum rates and shorter intervals foI repeated applications.CHEMIGATION (Not registered for use in California):Pesticide labels contain directions for use which are necessary for effecting the purpose for which the product isintended and to protect health and the environment. Thefol/owing information is intended to decrease environmental riskS of pesticide contamination of ground water andwill decrease direct human exposure to pesticide-treatedirngation water by providing appropriate direclions for use.Stature SC is a foliar and root penetrant with translaminarand locally systemic activity. Thorough plant coverage isImporlant when Stature SC is used as a preventativeapplication for foliar diseases. Dense foliage or excessivegrowth will often prevent adequate coverage; adjust sprayvolumes accordingly. Stature SC will also control stemand root diseases when applied to the root zone of theplant as a drench, soil surface or directed spray, or viac,ydroponlc and chemigation systems.Pesticide supply tanks are recommended for the applica·tion of these products. See label instructions for dilutionuse rates and timing of applications. Agitate prior to useand dUring application. Since the material is used in aninjection proportioner, the pesticide is to be applied continuously for the duration of the water application.Carefully read, understand, and follow aI/ directions andprecautions.Apply this product only through pressurized drench (flood),sprinkler, or drip (trickle) irrigation systems. DO NOT applythis product through any other type of irrigation systems.Disease pressure and environmental conditions will deter(",line the length of the spray interval. Sprayers should beploperly calibrated before application.Crop inJUry, lack of effectiveness, or iliegal pesticideresidues in the crop can result from nonuniform distribution of Ireated water.RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT: The unique mode ofaction of Stature SC makes It ideal for disease managerrrent programs where fungicide rotation is emphasized tor,elp prevent the development oj resistance.If you have questiDns about calibration, you should con·tact state extension service specialists, eqUipment manufacturers, or other experts.Certain causal agents of downy mildew diseases(Pseudoperonospora and Peronospora) and Phytophthoraspp. strains have developed resistance to some crop protection products after excessive use. Systems must use a metering jJL,r,lfl such as a flositivedisplacement injection pump (8.g. uiaphragm pump).effectively designed and constructed of materialS thatare compatible with pesticides and capable 01 being fitted with a system interlock.A person knowledgeable of the chemigation system andresponsible for its operation or under the supervision ofthe responsible person shall shut the system down andmake necessary adjustments should the need arise.CHEMIGATION SYSTEMS CONNECTED TO PUBLICWATER SYSTEMSo Public water system means a system for the provision tothe public of piped water for human consumption if suchsystem has at least 15 service connections or regularlyserves an average of at least 25 individuals daily at least60 days out of the year.o Chemigation systems connected to public water systems must contain a functional, reduced-pressure zonebackflow preventer (RPZ) or the functional equivalent inthe water supply line upstream from the point of pesticide introduction. As an option to the RPZ, the waterfrom the public water system should be discharged intoa reservoir tank prior to pesticide introduction. Thereshall be a complete physical break (air gap) between theoutlet end of the fill pipe and the top or overflow rim ofthe reservoir tank of at least twice the inside diameter ofthe fill pipe. The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional, automatic quick-closing check valve to prevent theflow of fluid back toward the injection pump. The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional, normally closed solenoid-operated valve located onthe intake side of the injection pump and connected tothe system interlock to prevent fluid from being withdrawn from the supply tank when the irrigation system iseither automatically or manually shut down. The system must contain functionai interlocking controlsto-automatically shut off the pesticide injection pump .when the water pump motor stops, or in cases wherethere is no water pump, when the water pressuredecrE}ases to the point where pesticide distribution isadversely affected. Systems must use a metering pump, such as a positivedisplacement injection pump (e.g. diaphragm pump),effectively designed and constructed of materials thatare compatible with pesticides and capable of being filted with a system interlock.SPRINKLER (SPRAy) CHEMIGATION The system must contain a functional check valve, vacuum relief valve, and low-pressure drain appropriatelylocated on the irrigation pipeline to prevent water sourcecontamination from backflow. The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional, automatic quick-closing check valve to prevent theflow of fluid back toward the injection pump. The pesticide injection pipeline must also contain a functional, normally closed solenoid-operated valve locatedon the intake side of the injection pump and connectedto the system interlock to prevent fluid from being withdrawn from the supply tank when the irrigation system iseither automatically or manually shut down. The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional, automatic quick-closing check valve to prevent theflow of fluid back toward the injection pump. The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional, automatic quick-closing check valve to prevent theflow of fluid back toward the injection pump. The pesticide injection pipeline must also contain a functional, normally closed solenoid-operated valve locatedon the intake side of the injection pump and connectedto the system interlock to prevent fluid from being withdrawn from the supply tank when the irrigation system iseither automatically or manually shut down.4

Maintain maximum constant agitation during 8oohition.Thorough agitation is required If the mixture is allowed tostand for a prolonged period of time.PREPARATION OF SPRAY/DRE'NCH SOLUTION:Read COMPATIBILITY OF MIXTURES section priorto any tank mixing with this product. If agitation is stoppedfor any reason, the solution must be teloroughly remixedprior to any further use.When preparing spray solutions for use in a hand sprayer,premix as a slurry in a small container, and then add tosprayer containing 1/3 10 Y2 the desired final water volumeand agitate. Once mixing is complete, add water todesired volume.APPLICATION: Carefully read, understand, and follow alldirections and precautions.Disease pressure and environmental conditions willdetermine the length of the application interval. Undersevere or threatening disease conditions, the minimuminterval should be used.For proper application, determine the number of squarefeet to be treated and the gallonage to be applied per1000 square feet. Prepare only the amount of spraysolution requireo to treat the measured area. Carefulcalibration of spray eqUipment is recommended prior touse. If you have questions about calibration, you shouldcontact State Extension Service Specialist or HorticulturalConsultant, equipment manufacturers or other experts.Prepare only the amount of spray or drench solutionneeded to treat the area to be sprayed or drenched.Thorough coverage is essential for disease control.Maintain agitation during mixing and application.Applications should be made immediately after the sprayor drench solution is prepared. DO NOT allow the sprayor drench mixture to stand without agitation. This product is believed to becompatible with most commOnly used fungicides, insecticides, micronutrients, growth regulators, and spray adjuvants. Consult specific product labels for additional information. It is always advisable to conduct a tank compatibility test when you plan to mix this product with otherproducts. To determine the physical compatibility of thiswith other products, use a jar test. Using a quart jar, addthe proportionate amounts of the products to approximately one quart of water with agitation. Add dry formulations first, then flowables, then emulsifiable concentrateslast. After thorough mixing, allow this mixture to stand for5 minutes. Look for signs of separation, globules, sludge,flakes or other precipitates. DO NOT tank mix with another product if the Jar test with Stature" SC fungicide hasindicated incompatibilityIf the combination remains mixed or can be readilyremixed, it is physically compatible. Once compatibility hasbeen proven, use the same procedure for adding requiredingredients to the spray/drench tank. It is suggested thatcombinations be used on a small number of plants todetermine effects before treating large areas.MIXING INSTRUCTIONSFill the spray tank until it is approximately V, full with cleanwater. Shake the Stature SC container well, then slowlyadd Stature SC to the spray tank while agitating.Agitation must be engaged pnor to the addition of theproduct to obtain a complete and uniform mixture ofStature SC.Limit amount of spray mixture prepared to that needed forimmediate use.Mixing Order:1. Water. Begin by agitating a thoroughly clean sprayeltank half-full of clean water.2. Products in PYA bags. Place the water-soluble PVAbag into the mixing tank. The water-soluble PVA bagWill dissolve In water to allow the contents to disperse.Wait until all water-soluble PVA bags have fullydissolved and the product i evenly mixed in the spraytank before continuing.OUTDOOR-GROWN ANDGREENHOUSE-GROWNORNAMENTALSUse Stature SC on container, bench, or bed-grownornamentals in greenhouses or outdoor nurseries forcontrol of downy mildews and Phytophthora root, crownand stem diseases. Stature SC may be applied as a foliarspray, as a soil drench, directed or soil surface spray, orthrough irrigation systems.3. Water-dispersible products. (wettable powders, dryflowables, suspension concentrates (including StatureSCI, or suspo-emuisions)4. Water-soluble products.Use Rate and Spray Interval: See Instructions specificto use site, disease and plant type.5. Emulsifiable concentrates. (oil concentrate ormethylated seed oil when applicable)6. Water-soluble additives. (ammonium sulfate or ureaammonium nitrate when apPlicable)7. Remaining quantity water.General Restrictions and Limitations: DO NOT make more than 8 applications of Stature SCfungicide per crop per season for greenhouse-grownornamentals.5

DO NOT exceed 30.6 oz/acre/crop/year of Stature" SCfungicide for outdoor-grown ornamentals.Tank Mixes With Fungicides: Stature SC can be usedin a tank mix with fungicides registered for control ofoowny mildews and Phytophthora spp. for resistancemanagement or to expand spectrum of disease control.Potential tank mix partner fungicides include, but are notlimited to, Aliette WDG, Banal·, Cygnus', Insignia",Quell":' or Subdue" Maxx". Refer to the respective tankmix partner labeling for rates, methods of applications,proper timing, restrictions and precautions, Always use inaccordance with the more restrictive label restrictions andprecautions, No label dosage rates can be exceeded, Thisproduct cannot be mixed with any product containing alabel prohibition,Fungicide application should be made at therecommended label use rate and spray schedule, at thefirst sign of disease or during environmental conditionsfavorable for disease development. However, due to thelarge number of species and their associated varieties orcultivars of ornamental plants and due to variable growingconditions, it IS impossible to test every plant and varietyor cultlvar for tolerance to this product.
