Time to LearnReflect on your career goals.Where do you see yourself in afew years? What would you liketo accomplish or develop? Whatknowledge, skills or abilities doyou need to help you achieveyour goals?Enroll in the appropriate coursesvia the LMS. You’ll receive aconfirmation email once you haveregistered.2. Create an IDP5. Hit the TargetTalk with others. Gain supportand advice from your leaderand/or mentor. Are there gaps inyour development? What are yourstrengths? Development isn’t justa one-way street.It’s important to apply what youlearned to your role. Create anaction plan with your supervisorto ensure you utilize the newlyacquired skills/knowledge.3. Obtain approval6. Give Us FeedbackRequest your supervisor’sapproval to participate in thespecific learning activitiesidentified through your IDP.We continuously improve ourtrainings based on the feedbackwe receive from you.
