6Training and events#DiversityinLit Conference 2019In 2019, we held our first free #DiversityInLit Conference at Friends Housein Euston, London, where we invited students and teacher to continue thedebate around a need for greater diversity in literature.The day saw performances from spoken-word poets Solomon O.B and MattSowerby, an engaging variety of speakers including Raymond Antrobus andTanika Gupta, as well as a keynote session from Ndidi Okezie that got allthe students in the room thinking about their favorite novels.
