Kit AssemblyStep by StepStep 1.Step 2.Reference the exploded view andlabeling diagram to assemblethe right bottom base section(section 1).Repeat step 1 to assemble theleft bottom base section (section2).Once you have connected thetubes and the feet slide thecanvas graphic onto the tubes ofthe base via the pole pockets.Step 3.Reference the exploded view andlabeling diagram to assemblethe center section of the base(section 3).Assemble the base by attachingall 3 sections together.6
Kit AssemblyStep by StepStep 4.Gather the 6 Rod C’s and insertthem into the tubes that areconnected to the base of theframe.Step 5.Assemble the top section offiber rod assemblies 1 & 2 alongwith the 2 individual rod A’s inthe sequence shown connectingthem to the bottom rods (RodC’s) during this sequence.7
Step 6.Be sure to insert the top of themiddle rod through the openloophole as shown in the images.Connect Rod D’s to the middleRod C’s and the top assembly onboth sides as shown.Step 7.Step 8.Attach the waterproof bags tothe two canvas sections via thebuckle straps.Slide the graphic over the frame.Each bag can only hold up to50lbs. max or half full. Anyheavier could damage frame8
Kit AssemblyStep by StepStep 9.Lay graphic over top of framethen slowly pull down frame.Attach hook and loop strap asshown in picture below. Makesure to leave the straps loose. 2people suggested for this step toprevent damaging graphic.STRAPSStep 10.Once graphic is in place, pullhoop straps down and attach tohook on base foot.When zipping the bottom of thegraphic closed, make sure thefoot on the back side has beenplaced through the pre-madehole in the graphic before pullingthe graphic to the front.9
Kit AssemblyStep by StepStep 11.Step 12. (Optional)Once in place close the graphicflap with the zipper.Push/Hammer in stakes throughbase foot holes to secure inplace.Setup is complete.10
Connection MethodsConnection Method 1: TC-30-CConnection Method 2: PMFC2 / PHFC2First, gather needed components for assembly. Next press button on TC-30-C, then insert tube intoplace. Once in place button should snap in place.First, press button to insert the swage tube into the proper tube. The button will snap in place.Connection is complete.11
