JUDO QUEENSLAND4.2. Notes on TableNote 1: Under 9s High Level Competition RestrictionsUnder 9 categories are not included in any championships run under the Judo Australia SportingCode as it is considered that the age group is too young for that level of intensive competition asoutlined in the various Long Term Athlete Development initiatives. For Judo Queensland State Championships under this Sporting Code, for similar reasons, therewill be no Under 9s in the actual competition. However an Invitation Competition may be runco-incident with the main championship at the discretion of the organising committee. ThisInvitation Competition will use the approach of fostering participation, fun judo and learning tocompete rather than straight out competition under IJF shiai victory rules.Note 2 Veteran First Kyu Grading PointsJ
