HAIKU FOR ANDROID – LAUNCHING THE VIDEO VISITFirst, you must be logged into Haiku on your device.Refer to the instructions on Page 2 for how todownload.In Haiku, open the patient’s encounter from yourschedule (do not search for patient from search box– video visit will not launch this way).Next, select SummaryThen Start Video Visit. This will open Zoon on yourdevice to allow its use as a video camera.Note 1: Minimizing the video window will pin asmaller version to the desktop documentation can bedone during the visit.Note 2: you must exit the patient’s chart to be able tosign the visit in Hyperspace.Created by Sheridan, A. HANDOFF TO HAIKU (iOS ONLY)1) Handoff feature is available only forHaiku on iOS and Canto (not Haikuon Android)Haiku (or Canto) handoff buttons becomeavailable in Connect navigator section ofpatient’s video visit if provider logged intothe app in the past 45 days. In examplebelow, provider logged into Haiku apprecently thus can access Handoff to Haikubutton in the video visit navigator:2) Before choosing to handoffDownload Zoom app on your mobiledevice3) Go to settings on your device, accessZoom app and enable Microphone andCamera:4) If you have a default department set inEpic Hyperspace at the login, thenbefore handing off the video visit, youwill need to log into Haiku/Canto appand switch it to AAH VIRTUAL HEALTH[500121].5) If you don’t have default logindepartment set in Epic Hyperspace andenter AAH VIRTUAL HEALTH [500121]at the login, it will apply in mobile appsautomatically and you don’t need to goin to change it manually.Created by Sheridan, A. 8) Otherwise, it will only prompt you toselect audio option:Please note there are two potential barriersto prevent the ‘Handoff to Haiku’ buttonfrom being visible in Hyperspace.9) ‘Handoff to Haiku’ only works withApple devices.10) Push notifications MUST be turned onfor the Haiku app (iPhone settingsNotifications-Haiku-Allow Notifications).11) Go into the notifications inside Haikuand be sure the ‘Start Video Visit’notification is turned on.
