The developed econtent is uploaded onto the Learning Management System (LMS) platform. Enrolled studentwill have access to the LMS for course delivery unit wise. The evaluation system, in the form ofself-assessment, formative assessment, and summative assessment would be completely inonline mode. Even the degree semester mark sheets and certificates would be available fordownload online.2.0 Definitions: Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs): Programme Educational Objectivesare a set of broad features that explicitly identify what students will be able to dowith what they have learned. Thus, PEOs are what the programme is preparinggraduates for in their career and professional life. Graduate Attributes (GAs): Graduate Attributes (GAs) are the qualities,knowledge, and capabilities that students are encouraged to take responsibility fordeveloping throughout their studies and are the defining characteristics of thestudents passing out of the MBA program. These attributes include, but go beyond,the disciplinary expertise or technical knowledge. It describes a specific task that he/she is able to perform at agiven level of competence under certain situations. The three broad types of learningoutcomes are:a)Disciplinary knowledge and skills;b) Generic skills; andc)Attitudes and values; Course Outcomes (COs): A set of specific statements that describes the complexperformances a student should be capable of as a result of learning experienceswithin a course. Credit: ‘Credit’ means the Unit award gained as a learning outcome, by a learner by thestudy efforts required to acquire the prescribed level of learning in respect of that Unit;Explanation- It is hereby clarified that a study effort for one credit means time required by alearner to understand the contents equivalent to 15 hours classroom teaching. Example: 3 creditcourses means 45 hrs of learning effort by the student. e-Learning material: 'e-Learning Material' means and includes contents in the form ofstructured course material, as a part of one or more courses in the Online Course orProgramme, in digital format delivered through the Learning Management System,which is inter-alia self-explanatory, self-contained, self-directed at the learner, andamenable toself-evaluation, and enables the learner to acquire the prescribed level of learning in acourse of study, but does not include text-books or guide-books; Learner Support Services: ‘Learner Support Services’ means and includes suchservices as are provided by a Higher Educational Institution in order to facilitate theteaching-learning experiences by the learner; Learning Management System: The ‘Learning Management System’ means a systemto keep track of the delivery of the e-Learning Programs, learner’s engagement,assessments, results, and reporting in one centralized location; Proctored Examination: ‘Proctored Examination’ means the examination conductedunder the physical supervision of approved neutral person who ensures the identity of thetest taker and the integrity of the test taking environment. The framework of the LMS integrates tools and cloudbased services, such as lecture capture, text chat windows, streaming video, audio discussionforums, web conferencing, and interactive video. Students will often have access to textbooks inthe electronic form through the LMS, with the option to listen to voice recordings of thetextbook material. Mentors and Course-Coordinators will handle the assignments through theLMS, and students will have to submit their completed work within the platform, to minimizethe reliance on emails. This will also involve submitting recorded presentations or deliveringthem live through a webcam. Course-coordinators will be able to enable class conversations andallow comments within a specific assignment, so that relevant discussions can be easily locatedfor reference. While students may view the pre-recorded (asynchronous) lectures anytime,interactive classroom sessions — also known as collaborate sessions — will require real-timeattendance and interaction among students and mentors.
