Today, the company operates three award-winning theme parks:Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, the world’s first Ferrari-branded theme park andYas Waterworld, the UAE’s unique Emirati waterpark and Warner Bros.World TM Abu Dhabi, the world’s first-ever Warner Bros. branded indoortheme park.In a bid to streamline our sourcing and supplier management activities aswell as enhance collaboration between Farah Experiences and its supplychain, Farah has embarked on a journey to create an online environmentwhere visibility and efficiency are at the forefront of procurementoperations.It also operations unique attractions including CLYMB, an indooradventure hub that features the world’s biggest indoor skydiving flightchamber and the world's tallest indoor climbing wall, and Qasr Al Watan,an enriching tour experience that invites the world to share the UAE'sculture, knowledge and inspiring journey.The iconic attractions are located in the heart of Yas Island, Abu Dhabi’sleisure and entertainment hub and one of the fastest growing in theworld.Farah Experiences is a wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi-based MiralAsset Management LLC.Using the power of Oracle Fusion, the Farah Supplier Portal gives youaccess to a secure, integrated work area that provides full visibility totransactions and offers closed loop collaboration with Farah Experiencesand its associated entities.With the now-online Supplier Portal and sourcing functionalities, you willbe able to update your company profile details, offerings, licenses andcertifications. You will also receive sourcing event invitations such asRequests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) andyou will be able to place bids as well as track event progress.In this manual, we will be showing you the steps you will need to take torespond to the Qualification Questionnaires from the portal.Qualifications and Assessments reflects our understanding of yourorganization's qualifications, capabilities, or performance based oncurrently available information. Contact us if you have questions aboutthese statuses or want to provide additional details or corrections

System login and navigation to the Farah Supplier PortalTo start, you’ll need to log into the Farah Supplier Portal. Please use thecredentials provided to you as part of the welcome email and enter themin the appropriate fields as shown in the below screen on the sign in pageEnter your Username or Email (address should be the same to where youreceived the Welcome email from Farah Experiences).Select the option Forgot Password and click on ‘Submit’ button.If you are still facing any issues with Login please contact the FarahExperiences team:srm@farahexperiences.com

Upon successful log-in, you will be directed to the default Farah SupplierPortal homepage.Click on the ‘home’ icon (highlighted in green below) 3. Icon for User Accessibility, User Preference Settings also to SignOut from Farah Supplier Portal. 4. The User Name under which you are logged in is displayed. 5. Tab for the Supplier Portal module where users can access andrespond to Farah Experiences.This navigation homepage is your personalized home page containing allaccesses available to your company, such as Supplier Portal, Procurementetc.Click on the ‘Supplier Portal’ tab, then select the ‘Supplier Portal’ appThe above screen represents the Home page of the Farah Supplier Portallogin. 1. Icon for Home page, you can navigate to Home whenever requiredby clicking on the ‘Home’ icon. 2. Icon for Active Notifications where you have not taken any actionrepresented by the ‘Bell’ icon. Here you can see Qualificationrequests, Negotiation events (RFQ, Auction and RFI’s) from FarahExperiences and you can respond to us through the Portal.

To respond to a Qualification sent by the Farah Supplier RelationshipManagement team, click on ‘Respond to Questionnaire’ in anynotification you receive on your registered e-mail addressOR (see below)You can also log into the Farah Supplier Portal, click on the ‘ManageQuestionnaires’ task in the task column or Click on ‘Questionnaires’under ‘Requiring Attention’ dashboard

On clicking the ‘Manage Questionnaires’ link The below page will open, displaying any thequestionnaires requiring your attention Select a questionnaire and then click on ‘Respond’buttonOnce you click on the ‘Respond’ button, the questionnaire willopen, often displaying multiple sections requiring response. Eachsection may have multiple questions.3. Provide your response to the questions Fill in your responses as indicated and click on ‘Save’button to save If required, you must attach the requested supportingdocument as part of your response. If allowed, provide any additional comments you have incomments box

On completing each section, the Progress status bar will getupdated4. To navigate to the other sections within the Questionnaire, clickon section list, and click the ‘Section’.On selecting a specific section, the page display will show thesection and its associated questions5. Provide responses to the questions under each section Fill in the questions and click on ‘Save’ button, to savethe response Select the remaining sections and submit response forthe questions in each section

6. Add responses for all sections, and click on ‘Save’7. On completing the questions in all the sections, the Progressstatus bar will update as shown below8. Review and click on ‘Submit’ button On clicking the ‘Submit’ button, a message will appear,confirming the response submission to the questionnaire

Illustration : View Qualification1. To view the status of all the qualifications which have been respondedto by Farah, click on ‘View Qualifications’2. The list of Qualifications and Assessments completed will bedisplayed. These reflect: Our understanding of your organization's qualifications,capabilities, or performance based on currentlyavailable information Contact us if you have questions about these status orwant to provide additional informationClick on a ‘Qualification Name’, to view the details of the QualificationOutcome

3. On clicking the Qualification, the below page will open and it willdisplay the details of the outcome, status, responses, etc. to theQualification
