Introduction These guidelines have been created to give you an overview of the program, specifics about using your program badge, as well as other Adobe assets available to you. All of these elements are meant to be used within your own unique branded look and feel—one that distinguishes them from the Adobe look and feel. 3 Adobe Confidential 22 April 2021 The Adobe Exchange partner program for Adobe Experience Cloud is designed specifically for technology partners, including software vendors, data providers, hardware, and infrastructure vendors. The program is an opt-in program with four tiers—Member, Innovate, Accelerate, and Premier—providing different levels of benefits based upon the participation level. The Adobe Exchange partner badges have been created for your promotional use after being accepted into the program, and for as long as you remain in good standing within the terms of your Partner Agreement. Once you’ve been accepted into the program, you can download your partner badge from the Adobe Exchange partner portal (log in navigate to the Program Benefits tab select Marketing). Each use of the partner badge or any Adobe assets must be sent for brand review before being finalized. Please send a PDF, screenshot, or link showing the proposed use of Adobe assets to brand@adobe.com. Please allow for a 3-business day turnaround.

Partner communications Partners are an invaluable part of the Adobe community and a critical part of our business. Is it a partner communication or an Adobe communication? Use your company’s layout templates, not Adobe’s, unless specifically provided to you as a Partner template. However, we always want to be clear who is driving a communication, so the recipient knows who they are receiving content from or communicating with. Lead with your company’s brand/logo. 4 Adobe Confidential 22 April 2021 Partner communications should be in your own branded look and feel—one that is readily distinguishable from the Adobe look and feel. Partner communications should not attempt to look like a communication that might be understood as an Adobe communication. The applicable Adobe partner badge may be used to communicate that official relationship. It should be secondary (size and/or placement) to your company’s brand. It should be used almost as a signature or subtle endorsement of the partnership to help the reader understand our companies’ relationship. The Adobe logo should not be used. Please use your partner badge, not the Adobe logo, to communicate our relationship to your customers and readers. Use your company’s font, not Adobe Clean. Use your company’s brand colors, not Adobe’s. Any Adobe asset used should be one element within your communication, secondary to your own brand.

Branding your offering Please refer to Adobe’s trademark usage guidelines on the company’s official website: https://www.adobe.com/legal/ permissions/trademarks.html Naming your offering Product icon, logo, or imagery You may not include any Adobe trademark, in whole or in part, an abbreviation of an Adobe trademark, or any word or design confusingly similar to an Adobe trademark in your company name, trade name, product name, domain name, or name of your offering. You may not use an Adobe logo, product icon or image, in whole or in part, or any similar variation, in a preview image, product icon or feature image for your offering, except by prior, written license agreement from Adobe. If your offering operates with, or service is designed for an Adobe product, you may refer to the Adobe product name or trademark in the name of your product or service only to indicate compatibility. The Adobe product name should be used in full as outlined in this guide, and shown in the examples below. Correct: [Your company/offering name] for Adobe Product Name Correct: [Your company/offering name] with Adobe Product Name Correct: [Your company/offering name] and Adobe Product Name Incorrect: [Your company/offering name] Adobe Product Name Incorrect: Adobe Product Name [Your company/offering name] Incorrect: [Your company/offering name] for Adobe (refer to the specific Adobe product, not just Adobe) Incorrect: Do not use the Adobe logo, in whole or in part, in your icon design. Incorrect: Do not use Adobe product logos or trademarks, in whole or in part, in your icon design. Incorrect: Do not use Adobe product logo abbreviations, i.e. AEM for Adobe Experience Manager. Incorrect: Do not mimic the style of Adobe product logos to create new icon designs. Domain names You may create a dedicated product landing page, but the domain name may not include any Adobe trademark or product name, in whole or in part, an abbreviation of an Adobe trademark or product name, or any word or design confusingly similar to an Adobe trademark or product name. Incorrect: www.[Your Company name]andAdobeAEM.com Correct: www.[Your Company name].com/YourOfferingName 5 Adobe Confidential 22 April 2021

Program badges & representation

Program badges & representation Exchange Partner program levels & badges Your program badge is the primary way you communicate your relationship with Adobe in your marketing and advertising materials, either in print or digital media. The Adobe logo should not be used or added to those badges that don’t include it in the badge. The Adobe Exchange Partner Program has four levels of participation. Program badges are available for Innovate level partners and above. Refer to the Adobe Exchange Program Benefits page for participation and level requirements. Innovate level partners will receive a text only badge: Accelerate and Premier level partners will receive badges that include the Adobe symbol: 7 Adobe Confidential 22 April 2021

Program badges & representation Using the badges Clear space When placing in layouts, always maintain enough space around the badges or icons that is clear of other graphics and typography to ensure visibility. The minimum clear space requirement for all partner badges is equal to the height of the Adobe symbol or the two primary lines of text for badges that do not include the Adobe symbol. x x x x x x x x Minimum height Minimum heights are provided to ensure legibility. Program badges & representation Badge do’s & don’ts Do’s Don’ts Display the badge only in the form and colors in the files distributed by Adobe and shown in this guideline. Always position the badge alone and apart from other text and graphics, especially other trademarks and service marks. Do not separate the elements of the badge to be used independently, including the corporate Adobe logo. If using the Adobe Exchange Partner badge as an active link on your website, it may link only to the Adobe Exchange program page on Adobe’s official website (adobe.com): https://partners.adobe. com/exchangeprogram/experiencecloud.html (or a future substitute page) and not in any other linking manner. Do not combine the badge with any other elements—such as logos, words, graphics, photos, slogans, or symbols that might seem to create a hybrid mark. Do not alter the badge or its elements in any way, including translation of the elements of the badge. Do not display the badge in a way that suggests that a third party’s product is an Adobe product, or that it is a part of a third party’s product name. Do not embed the badge within any main content or body text areas. 10 Adobe Confidential 22 April 2021

Design elements

Design elements Typography Adobe communications use Adobe Clean. Adobe Clean is proprietary to Adobe and is for use in Adobe communications only. It is not distributed for partner use or available for sale to the general public. We encourage partners to use their own corporate typeface, even when communicating about Adobe products/solutions. Alternatively, Helvetica is a great web-safe, go-to font for any screen size, and reflects the clean look and feel that is Adobe’s stock-in-trade. 26 Adobe Confidential 22 April 2021

Design elements Representing Adobe products Adobe has shifted away from individual product logos for each product within Adobe Experience Cloud. Unique logos and lockups for each product within Experience Cloud are no longer used. They should be represented in text only. Do not use previous logos, previous icon colors, the Adobe Experience Cloud logo, or the Adobe logo to represent specific products. Please note, the Experience Cloud and Experience Platform logos should only be used to represent Experience Cloud and Experience Platform respectively. They are not interchangeable, should not be locked up with category or application names, or used as the Adobe corporate logo. Trademark attribution When using the Experience Cloud logo (on its own, or in the lockup), attribute as “the Adobe Experience Cloud logo.” When using the Experience Platform logo (on its own, or in the lockup), attribute as “the Adobe Experience Platform logo.” 27 Adobe Confidential 22 April 2021 Content & Commerce Data Insights & Audiences Customer Journeys Marketing Workflow Adobe Experience Manager Adobe Commerce Adobe Analytics Adobe Customer Jouney Analytics Adobe Real-Time CDP Adobe Auience Manager Adobe Target Adobe Campaign Adobe Journey Optimizer Adobe Marketo Engage Adobe Workfront
