PartnerPak Studio 5.0.0.118 Update Release Notes General Program Changes 1. Add the ability to download your Kawneer CMPs from Kawneer Direct directly into your cmp matrix. First select the cmp matrix list and then click the import cmp matrix icon in the top right. Next you will need to provide your Kawneer Direct username and password. Once you click ok it will merge in the new values to the selected list. If you experience any login issues, go to Kawneer Direct and verify you are using the correct information. 2. Added the option to split multiple QTY frames into individual frames. This will create a Frame 1-# up to the number of multiples.

3. Added the option to specify the splice location for sill and head channels. Start by clicking on the sill or head member first. Then right click on that member and select “Set Channel Splices”. You can only do one of the channels at a time. a. From the Splice Channels screen you can enter the location(s) and click add and enter the splice gap if required. b. To have the system pre enter vertical centerline or center of dlo locations, first select a sill member and then select a vertical and/or glass opening, then you will right click back on the initial selected sill and click Set Channel Splice. 4. Created a Master Password screen under the TOOLS menu that will allow you to set passwords for access into certain screens when in the network mode of the program or are using the new studio app. 5. When using the network mode of PartnerPak Studio you can now set user login passwords for each user from the TOOLS menu and USER MANAGEMENT. There is the ability to give full access, view only, or block users within different areas of the program.

Metal/Door Fabrication 1. On the elevation drawing created when using the door fabrication option, we added additional dimensions around the door. 2. When using a Fab Library to apply fabrication operations automatically or manually to a stick or door the name of that library was added to the operations screen to identify the operation to the name of the fab library selected. 3. On the Metal/Door fab operations screens the option to shift the x fab location and shift y location or – has been added. Select the line or lines by clicking the boxes to the left of each line and then click the buttons as seen above. 4. When creating a library fab you now have the options to “USE X LOC REFERENCE” that allows you to specify an x location when applying the fab to a hardware part and then the fabrication operations will offset from there.

5. Add the option to include the part numbers of the metal fabrication elevation drawings. Database Changes 1. We have updated all pricing per Kawneer. Added new 1620UT and 1600UT triple glaze, AA6400/AA6500 metal systems. New door frames for Inframe and 1620UT 6 ¾” & 8 ¼”.

We have developed an app that works to connect your office to those out in the field. Upload your projects, reports, images and create tasks from the PartnerPak Studio software. A valid per site monthly subscription is required to login and use the app features. To begin, navigate to TOOLS and STUDIO APP REGISTRATION. 2. If your PartnerPak is setup with the automatic registration with DeMichele Group, this screen will appear, and your company id and company name will be filled out. Click the PURCHASE button to sign up for the Glazier Studio APP. This subscription is handled through PayPal. It is not required for you to have a PayPal account. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase. You can login with and existing account or as a guest. You will then be prompted to entire credit card, billing, and contact information.

3. Once you have paid the subscription then you will see the following screen. You will need the Profile ID to activate the subscription in the Studio App Registration screen. Click the ACTIVATE button and enter the information.

4. If activation is successful, then you can begin setting up all users within your company. The user’s email and password will be what is used to login to the app on their device. A valid email address and phone number will be required to allow for calling or emailing from with in the app. To allow for notifications please check the box and select the users cell carrier. You can also cancel the subscription at any time by clicking on the cancel button. 5. The next step would be to upload projects that can then be accessed in the app. When you open a project in studio there is a new menu of options available. 6. Select UPLOAD to have the project and frame information available in the app. The REFRESH button will update any of the project or frame information if it has changed since you last uploaded it. To remove the project from the app you would click on the DELETE button. The TASKS button will display all associated tasks for the uploaded project. To view or upload images and pdf files click on the IMAGES/FILES button.

7. The TASKS option is used to create and assign items to the project or frames that you want the other app users in the field/shop/office to have completed by date that you determine. On this screen you have the options to filter the tasks, add new tasks, process any changes you make on here, and print a report. 8. Within the app the user can submit dimension changes to the width, height, or shim dimensions. In the task viewer they will show as a request with the status PENDING. If you wish to apply these changes to the frame click the status drop down and click APPLY. Then you can click Process Changes or OK. No dimension changes will automatically be applied. Note: This same task screen can be viewed for all projects and all tasks by selecting APP TASK MANAGER from the main menu of the program.

9. To send a text notification to the Assigned To user about a specific task simply click on the Task Status drop down and re-select PENDING. If that user has allow notifications on, a valid phone number, and cell carrier setup in the app sign-up screen, it will send them a text message with all the task details. 10. The IMAGES/FILES option will allow you to view images taken on the app or upload new images and pdf reports or drawings. All new uploaded files can then be viewed in the app. 11. In the Tools Options List Manager area of the program you can add/delete/re-order the list of Task Types, Priority Types, and Status Types that are used for the tasks in the studio program and the app. These lists can also be modified in the settings on the app.

12. Under Tools Utilities Default App Task Builder is where you can create default tasks that will be automatically generated when you upload a project to the app. In this screen you can designate that a task is a project task and only one instance of that task will be created.
