Wherepermitted by the Privacy Act 1988, the Mortgage Insurers maydisclose your personal information and credit-related informationto us and to third parties including: the CRBs listed below; ratingagencies; the Mortgage Insurer’s related entities, service providers,agents, contractors and external advisors; reinsurers, other mortgageinsurers and mercantile agents; payment system operators, otherfinancial institutions and credit providers; other parties for the purposesof securitisation and fraud prevention; your guarantor or proposedguarantor; your referees and advisers; government and otherregulatory bodies; and other entities. Where permitted by the PrivacyAct 1988, the Mortgage Insurers may seek and obtain commercialand consumer credit-related information from a CRB including (butnot limited to) information concerning your credit worthiness or credithistory; and information about overdue payments.
