April 2017Changes compared to last year‘s PolymesseDue to new mandatory security regulations please notethe following changes compared to last year’s Polymesse: All stand areas are located either in the main hall inthe main building of ETH or in a tent at Polyterrasse. Main hall: For security reason it is not allowed anymore to set up company-owned booths in the main hall.We will provide a rental booth for all company placedin the main hall. Furniture (1 bar table, 2 bar chairs, 1 cabinet) is optional available. Company-owned material(eq. banner/rollups, cabinet, table, chairs) may be used. Tent: It is not allowed to set up company-owned booths in the tent. Optional rental booth as well as optional furniture (1 bar table, 2 bar chairs, 1 cabinet) isavailable. Company-owned stuff (e.g. banner / rollups,cabinet, table, chair) may be used.At the disposal of an extra charge additional advertising in the fair guide is possible: on the inside of cover page (CHF 2‘000.-) backside of the guide (CHF 4’500.-)Our daily published flyer (1‘500 copies) contains the stall allocation map on its front,further space for advertisement will beavailable on the backside of this flyer (CHF1000 excl.
