Sending FilesSend Files allows customers to load and send each file individually.Express File Transfer is used to transfer files to and from the OpenNetFile Management System using a pre-specified local file directory. FTP and Email are other optionsIf you are processing large files, you may be profiled for FTP orInternet Email. Response File Consolidation Response File Consolidation Service combines response files frominternal systems & external entities to deliver 1 unified file to thecustomer. Standard Consolidation Times By default, ON-FMS willconsolidate files at 7 AM, 11 AM, 3 PM, and 7 PM (EST time). Other Available Times An ON-FMS customer can choose anytimes, to the minute, (up to 4 daily) to have response filesconsolidated. We can bundle responses into 3 different Response files. They are identifiedas AR, RR, and CR. Customers may also split their consolidation file by the following: AR-Accepted Records-guarantees/responses to changes/ pendingstatus/modification records/Initial processing successful. RR-Rejected Records –Denials-RejectsCR-Certification Requests. Scheduling With scheduling, the customer can specify the time ofday he would like his files delivered. He can schedule upto 4 times a day. With scheduling, we do not separate response files.
