Parts SearchTo carry out a parts search for Parts Price and/or PartsStock Availability:To start a search, enter the part number(s).Click on thebutton.You can enter up to 8 part numbers.4

Detailed Parts SearchFor a detailed analysis of a searched part double-clickon the Part Number line:5

Parts PriceDisplayed is the List Price, Stock Availability and individual Net Price by order type(VOR and Stock)At this point youhave two options:or6

Return to SearchTheoption allows additional parts to be added to the search.To view the available quantity and the two Order Type net prices double-clickthe selected part number (e.g. 1234567).7

Add to BasketTheoption allows the creation of a Parts Order from thelist of search parts.To add all parts to the order clickbox. To add just certainparts to the order, tick each part to be selected8

Deselect PartsTo deselect all parts click thebox. To deselect one or afew parts, click the Tick Box of the part(s) you wish to deselect9

Create a Parts OrderTo create a Parts Order from the list of selected parts click thebox. Select: Order Type Add Purchase Order No. Select Ship to address byselectingTruck Dealer Limited123123P.O. 123 If required, include SpecialFreight InstructionsA maximum of eighty part numberscan be added to one order.10To be shipped by Air

Update a Parts OrderTo update a Parts Order withchanges to any of the below:Ship-to-addressOrder TypePart NumberQuantitySpecial Freight Instructionsclick the11box.

Price On ApplicationThe total net order value is displayed on the Parts Order screen.If a part should display POA (Price On Application), the total valuewill show as POA. In these instances your Account Controller willconfirm the value.12

Change a Parts OrderIf the order is not submitted at this point it will be retained andcan be viewed or changed at a later date.To view / change a Parts Order click on View BasketIf the Order is not to be submitted, all parts canbe removed from the list by clicking the13button

Ship to AddressAll current Ship To Addresses will be stored.A new Ship To Address can be added to the current list byclicking on Manage Shipping AddressesClick on Create new address, and complete all address fields.To complete, click on Save Address button.Once confirmed, this will be added to your list of available addresses.14

Parts Order ConfirmationOnce thebutton has been clicked and the PartsOrder submitted, confirmation is displayed as below:P.O. 123The Parts Order is communicated to your Account Controller. Oncethe order has been received and processed, a detailed OrderConfirmation shall be sent.Any backorder parts will be expedited and shipped upon availability.16

Multiple Supersession / List Out PartIf a part number is replaced by multiple partnumbers, it is identified within the Part Namefield.The replacement parts are displayed byclicking on the part number:Click on each of replacement partsforprice andavailabilityand clickadd to order18to accept and

Superseded PartsSuperseded part numbers are identified by S/S within theList Price fieldDouble click on Part Numberfor detail of the supersedingpartClick on the superseding part numberfor price and availability.Click19to accept and add the superseding part to the Parts order

Price On ApplicationIf a part number does not have a List Price, it is identified as POA within the ListPrice field.Pricing status will be confirmed by your Account Controller.20
